  • Publication number: 20220172085
Abstract: Systems and methods to account for uncertainties from missing covariates in generative model predictions. One embodiment includes a method for updating the values for uncertainty used in a generative model that is created using a set of known prognostically important baseline data. The method includes steps for determining a value, within the generative model, for the variance in outcome given the known prognostically important baseline data, wherein the steps include imputing values for a set of unknown prognostically important baseline data, and determining estimations for explained and unexplained variance in outcome for each subject when given both sets of data.

  • Patent number: 11273057
Abstract: An insertion assembly may include a flexible tool and a DTS guide configured to engage an intervertebral spacer having a fastener channel oriented at a first angle. The DTS guide may include a DTS guide channel oriented at the first angle which may be aligned with the fastener channel. • Publication number: 20220071774
Abstract: An intervertebral spacer assembly may include a first intervertebral spacer with a superior surface configured to engage a superior vertebral body, an inferior surface configured to engage an inferior vertebral body, and a proximal surface with a first fastener channel. The assembly may further include a first fastener and a locking member with a first anti-backout member. The first intervertebral spacer or the locking member may have a locking member channel. The other may have a compressible collet insertable into the locking member channel to couple the locking member to the first intervertebral spacer such that the locking member is rotatable relative to the first intervertebral spacer between an unlocked position in which the first anti-backout member does not obstruct the first fastener channel, and a locked position in which the first anti-backout member obstructs the first fastener channel to retain the first fastener in the first fastener channel.

  • Publication number: 20210406739
Abstract: There is a need for more effective and efficient predictive data analysis based at least in part on structured data. This need can be addressed by, for example, solutions for performing predictive data analysis using bidirectional encoder deep learning models that are configured to process structured data attributes. In one example, a method includes identifying a group of training structured data fields; generating a group of per-field tokenized values for each training structured data field; generating a bidirectional encoder deep learning model based at least in part on each group of per-field tokenized values for a training structured data field; and performing one or more prediction-based actions based at least in part on the trained bidirectional encoder deep learning model.

  • Patent number: 10679141
Abstract: An identity and access management IAM system is augmented to provide for supervised, iterative machine learning (ML), preferably with a user-generated training set for classification. The training set may include various types of data, including characteristics or attributes of the account types, the users, or the like. A goal of the initial ML training, which may include one or multiple passes, is to enable the machine to identify specific characteristics or attributes that provide a good classification result, with the resulting classifications then applied within the IAM system. In particular, the output of the ML system may be used by the IAM system for enforcing rights associated with the identified accounts, managing accounts, and so forth.
