  • Publication number: 20240012399
Abstract: A method, apparatus, system, and computer program product for manufacturing an unconsolidated composite material. Sensor data is received from a sensor system for a composite material manufacturing system, wherein the sensor data is received during manufacturing of the unconsolidated composite material by the composite material manufacturing system. A set of predicted properties is determined for a number of portions of the unconsolidated composite material as completed from manufacturing by the composite material manufacturing system using the sensor data. A quality level for the number of portions of the unconsolidated composite material is identified based on the set of predicted properties for the number of portions of the unconsolidated composite material.

  • Publication number: 20230310332
Abstract: There is provided a method of manufacturing a multi-layered film structure on a handling substrate. The film structure may hold a core film layer, which may hold an active ingredient. There is also provided method for manufacturing multi-layered microstructures. The microstructures may be manufactured based on a provided multi-layered film structure having a core film layer holding an active ingredient. The active ingredient may be a drug, and the microstructures may be used for drug delivery.

  • Publication number: 20230312185
Abstract: A closure for a container. The closure includes an outer shell having a proximal end, a distal end, an inner surface, and an outer surface. The closure also including an inner cap having a proximal end, a distal end, an inner surface, and an outer surface. A plurality of ribs extend from the inner cap to the outer shell. A tamper-evident band encircles the distal end of the inner cap. The tamper-evident band includes a plurality of tamper-evident segments. Each tamper-evident segment has a tab coupled with one of the plurality of ribs and a break segment. A first end of the break segment is coupled with the tab and a second end of the break segment is coupled with an adjacent one of the plurality of ribs.

  • Patent number: 11480062
Abstract: A stator vane includes an airfoil having an airfoil shape. The airfoil shape has a nominal profile substantially in accordance with Cartesian coordinate values of X, Y and Z set forth in one of Table I, Table II, Table III, Table IV, Table V, Table VI, Table VII, or Table VIII. The Cartesian coordinate values of X, Y and Z are non-dimensional values from 0% to 100% convertible to dimensional distances expressed in a unit of distance by multiplying the Cartesian coordinate values of X, Y and Z by a scaling factor of the airfoil in the unit of distance. The X and Y values, when connected by smooth continuing arcs, define airfoil profile sections at each Z value. The airfoil profile sections at Z values are joined smoothly with one another to form a complete airfoil shape.
