Abstract: A liquid container having a handle for carrying the container. The container has a liquid container housing configured to selectively engage the handle. The handle has a hand-holdable handle housing and a light source embedded within the handle housing and being oriented therewithin to direct light outwardly therefrom. The handle also has an electrical lighting apparatus including an electrical circuit and a power source electrically connected to the electrical circuit, the electrical circuit being enclosed within the handle housing, the lighting apparatus being configured to illuminate the light source when the circuit is closed. The handle also has a switch disposed on the handle housing and in electrical communication with the electrical circuit and positionable between first and second positions for selectively closing and opening the circuit respectively. The handle also has an attachment mechanism configured to removably engage the liquid container housing at solely one location thereon.

Abstract: A device having a handheld device housing with a compartment formed therein, a substantially semicircular clip assembly for securely attaching thereby the device housing to an external cylindrical object such as stethoscope tubing, electric circuitry encased within the compartment, and at least one control unit formed on the device housing. The clip assembly may include a helical coil spring for biasing the substantially semicircular clip against the device housing. In the preferred embodiment, the electric circuitry may be of a digital alarming timer clock. The present invention also contemplates a method of advertising where multicolored advertising material may be disposed upon the device housing.

Abstract: The present invention directs to a multi-function desktop assembly comprising a multi-purpose board, an assembly frame, and preferably an assembly base. The multi-purpose board is rotatably connected within the cavity in the assembly frame such that each side of the board may be selectively, and conveniently accessed from the front side of the frame by rotating the board. The assembly frame can assume between a substantially upright position and a flat position via preferably a hinged connection to the assembly base. On each side of the multi-purpose board is formed, in one embodiment, a magnetic dry erase surface that can attract magnets and a graphic displaying surface, respectively. In another, a LCD-mirror that acts as a LCD when powered and a mirror when unpowered and a graphic displaying surface, respectively. In still another embodiment, a LCD-mirror and a magnetic dry erase surface, respectively.
