    Abstract: A swing blade broadhead preferably includes a shank base, a plurality of swing blades, a bullet nose and a plurality of fasteners. The shank base includes an arrow shaft shank, a blade shoulder and a blade base. The blade base preferably includes a plurality of outer flat surfaces and a circular sector formed between two adjacent outer flat surfaces. Each swing blade includes a blade portion and a pintle roll. The blade portion preferably includes a base portion and a tail portion. The pintle roll is formed on one end of the base portion to receive a fastener. The circular sectors are sized to receive an outer perimeter of the pintle roll. A plurality of tapped holes are formed in blade shoulder to threadable receive the plurality of fasteners. The bullet nose includes a plurality of counter bored holes to receive the plurality of fasteners.

The second rotor includes a first outer diameter and a second outer diameter. The second diameter is rotatably retained by the at least one bore bearing. A second outer bearing is pressed on to an end of the first outer diameter. The frame preferably includes a first end plate, a second end plate and at least one lengthwise member. The first end plate retains the first motor and the first outer bearing. The second end plate retains the second motor and the second outer bearing. A second embodiment is submersible.

At least a portion of the bore is threaded to form a threaded bore. It is preferably that a tool cavity in the countersunk head has a multiple tooth cavity configuration, which would be shaped to receive a TORX bit. The vibration-dampening member includes a vibration block and a threaded shaft. The threaded shaft extends outward from a bottom of the vibration block. The threaded shaft is threadably engagable with the threaded bore. The vibration dampening material is obtained from a vibration stabilizer manufacturer. A second embodiment of the vibration dampening limb bolt includes the hollow bolt with an unthreaded bore and a vibration-dampening member with a rod projection having at least one o-ring.

The double walled arrow shaft includes an outer tube and an inner tube. An outer tube diameter is formed in substantially a middle of the field point to receive an inner diameter of an outer tube of the double walled arrow shaft. An end of the inner tube diameter is formed adjacent the first shaft diameter and between an end of the outer tube diameter and the opposing end of the field point to receive an inner diameter of an inner tube of the double walled arrow shaft. An end of the outer tube diameter is terminated with an outer undercut. An end of the outer tube is chamfered or tapered to be received by the outer undercut.

    Abstract: An arrow shaft with a double wall, which decreases physical oscillation during the initial travel of the arrow. The arrow shaft with a double wall preferably includes an inner shaft tube and an outer shaft tube. The outer shaft tube has a normal length of an arrow shaft. The inner shaft tube has a tensile modulus, which is greater than the tensile modulus of the outer shaft tube. The oscillation of the inner shaft tube will restrict the oscillation of the outer shaft tube and thus reduce oscillation of the arrow shaft with a double wall. An arrow insert includes a tubular shaft and a shoulder. An outer diameter of the tubular shaft is sized to be received by an inner diameter of the inner shaft tube. A second embodiment of the arrow shaft with a double wall includes a dual step arrow insert.

Each barb element preferably includes a lengthwise barb base, a first set of opposing barbs, a second set of opposing barbs and opposing bulges. The two lengthwise barb bases are bent to obtuse angles. The base ring of the expanding barb unit is bent into a substantially semi-circular shape. The rear retention ring is forced over the base ring to retain thereof on the base shank. The front retention ring is stretched and placed over the at least two barb elements.

    Abstract: An improved nock bushing preferably includes a bushing body and a stop flange. The bushing body preferably has a non-round body. An undercut is preferably formed under the stop flange. A nock hole is formed through at least substantially all of a length of the non-round body to receive a projection from an arrow nock. A plurality of lightening openings are preferably formed through the bushing body. The stop flange extends from one end of the bushing body. A distance across the largest cross-section dimension of the bushing body is preferably greater than a diameter of a bushing hole in an arrow shaft. In use, the non-round body is inserted into a nock end of an arrow shaft, which flexes the nock end. The arrow shaft will want to return back to its original round shape and thus applies force to an outer surface of the bushing body.

The bearing block is attached to the rectangular limb with two fasteners or the like. The tubular axle is inserted through the pair of bearings and a hub of a cam. Each end of the tubular axle is slotted to receive the pair of retention clips. A tubular axle for an archery bow with tubular limbs includes a pair of bearing blocks, which adapted for attachment to the tubular limbs.

    Abstract: An archery bow cam string stop includes a titanium stop, a titanium fastener and an impact portion. The titanium stop includes an elongated body. A female thread is tapped in one end of the titanium stop and a counter bore is formed in an opposing end thereof. The counter bore reduces the weight of the titanium stop. Two parallel flats are formed on opposing sides of the elongated body, adjacent the female thread to receive an open-end wrench. A cross-sectional shape of the elongated body is preferably round. The impact portion is preferably a plurality of o-rings. The plurality of o-rings are slid over an outer perimeter of the elongated body. In use, a threaded end of the titanium fastener is inserted through a stop slot in the string cam. The threaded end is threaded into the female thread and tightened to retain the titanium in position.

Each bearing assembly preferably includes a bearing housing, a tension adjustment screw, a bearing housing cap, a contact ball bearing, an inner ball bearing and a compression spring. The inner ball bearing, the tension spring and tension adjustment screw are retained in the bearing housing. The bearing housing is threaded into one of the threaded bearing holes. The bearing housing cap is threaded on to the bearing housing to retain the contact ball bearing.

A female thread is formed through a middle of the arrow outsert to threadably engage a threaded stud of the arrow point. A plurality of axial slots are formed in an outer perimeter of the arrow outsert. The arrow outsert is secured to an end of an arrow shaft by applying glue, adhesive or the like, before insertion into the arrow shaft bore. The threaded stud of the arrow point is threaded into the female thread to complete assembly.
