  • Patent number: 5509668
Abstract: A mechanical seal for pressurized fluid pumps including rotary and non-rotating seal members that are compressed together. The rotary seal member is fixed to a drive shaft and includes a contact sealing surface. The non-rotational seal member is also positioned about the drive shaft in a manner that allows for axial but not rotational movement. When a biasing force is placed against one side of the non-rotational seal member the opposite side, the non-rotating contact sealing surface, is pressed into contact with the complimentary rotary seal member contact sealing surface thus providing a mechanical seal.

  • Patent number: 5381045
Abstract: For testing of a device under test, an AC measurement voltable application circuit is provided wherein voltages to be applied to the device can be switched during measurement operation without using a separate circuit for a high voltage generation. Data for voltages to be applied to the device are written in respective addresses of a memory in a pattern synchronizing control circuit. This pattern synchronizing control circuit is synchronized with a signal generator and, by inputting mode register setting signal depending on whether the measurement is AC or DC measurement, a relay control circuit for a pin driver circuit is controlled and the application value data in the memory are inputted into a DC measurement unit so as to apply a voltage to the device.

  • Patent number: 5130646
Abstract: A circuit for connecting sequentially a plurality of devices to be tested to a test apparatus. The circuit is of a structure which allows one device to be connected to the test apparatus at one time. The circuit includes a scanner for scanning the devices under test. The includes a shift register which performs shift operation in response to a scan command signal, AND circuits each having one input to which an output of the shift register is applied and the other input to which a signal indicating presence or absence of the associated device under test is applied, and a NOR circuit having inputs supplied with the outputs of the AND circuits, respectively. Further, the circuit includes NAND circuits each having one input to which the output of the corresponding one of the AND circuits is applied and the other input to which a pin card relay drive signal is applied.
