  • Patent number: 8680801
Abstract: A rotating electrical machine system includes a stator that has stator windings of a plurality of phases, and that generates a stator magnetomotive force in accordance with stator current of different phases, which is supplied to the stator windings of the plurality of phases; a rotor on which rotor windings are wound such that rotor current is generated in accordance with the stator magnetomotive force generated by the stator and a magnetic pole is formed by the rotor current; and a control unit that controls an output torque from the rotor, by controlling the stator current. In a case where a predetermined torque is output from the rotor, the control unit applies a pulse to the stator current so as to increase the stator current and reduce the rotor current, when a temperature of the rotor is high as compared with when the temperature of the rotor is low.

  • Patent number: 8653708
Abstract: In the stator, a thermistor housed in a tube is arranged to be sandwiched between a coil end and a U-phase bus bar, allowing the thermistor to receive heat from above and below at two faces, that is a face of the U-phase bus bar and a top face of the coil end. Moreover, the thermistor can be placed substantially in close contact with the coil end. Accordingly, the temperature followability by the thermistor can be realized at high accuracy. As a result, there can be provided a stator having a configuration in which temperature followability of high accuracy can be achieved in measuring the temperature of a coil of a stator using a temperature detection element, and that can correspond to further downsizing of a rotating electric machine.

  • Publication number: 20130323462
Abstract: A transfer layer is transferred well to a step portion. In a transfer mold body, a projection and indentation portion is formed to a front face of a bottom wall of a step portion. When covering a transfer film over a base member, air between the transfer film and the step portion is accordingly expelled from between indented portions of the projection and indentation portion and the transfer film at an edge portion of the bottom wall. The transfer film can accordingly be covered over the step portion whilst suppressing air from remaining between the transfer film and the step portion. A transfer layer of the transfer film can accordingly is transferred well to the front face of the step portion.

  • Publication number: 20130288020
Abstract: In a transfer mold body, a display portion is formed from a crystalline resin and a main body portion is formed from an amorphous resin. Accordingly, a transfer layer is only transferred to the amorphous resin formed main body portion that has good transfer properties for the transfer layer, and the transfer layer is not transferred to the crystalline resin formed display portion that has poor transfer properties for the transfer layer. Accordingly, only the main body portion is decorated by the transfer layer, with the display portion to which the transfer layer is not transferred visibly displayed as the letter. Accordingly, since printing process is not necessary, suppressing an increase in cost of the transfer mold body. Moreover, the position of the letter is determined by two-color molding of the main body portion and the display portion, enabling positional displacement of the letter to be suppressed.

  • Publication number: 20130161640
Abstract: A nitride semiconductor device is provided that prevents development of cracks, that has nitride semiconductor thin films with uniform thicknesses and good growth surface flatness, and is thus consistent in characteristics, and that can be fabricated at a satisfactory yield. In this nitride semiconductor device, the nitride semiconductor thin films are grown on a substrate having an off-angle between a direction normal to the surface of ridges and the crystal direction <0001>. This helps either reduce or intentionally promote diffusion or movement of the atoms or molecules of a source material of the nitride semiconductor thin films through migration thereof. As a result, a nitride semiconductor growth layer with good surface flatness can be formed, and thus a nitride semiconductor device with satisfactory characteristics can be obtained.
