The method further includes determining, by the processing device, a knowledge gap in the conversation between participants based at least in part on analyzing content of the conversation. The method further includes selecting, by the processing device, a recommended participant to add to the conversation, the recommended participant being selected based at least in part on the knowledge gap. The method further includes establishing, by the processing device, a connection between the communication system and a user device associated with the recommended participant to add the recommended participant to the conversation.
