Abstract: A system for attaching metadata to a secure data stream is provided. A device associated with a patient can transmit a secure data stream comprising electronic personal health information another device. Due to federal regulations, the data stream is secure and cannot be accessed in order to provide additional services. By collecting contextual data from the patient device and other devices associated with the patient, a metadata management system can determine what contextual data is relevant, and attach the relevant contextual data as metadata to the secure data stream in order to provide supplemental services, improve quality of experience, and to provide a healthcare provider additional context when interpreting the electronic personal health information.

Abstract: A system can perform operations including receiving a first data stream from a first device, wherein the first data stream is associated with an active session between the first device and a mobile network and wherein the first data stream is associated with a first incoming port. The system can also receive a second data stream from the first device, wherein the second data stream is associated with the active session, and wherein the second data stream is associated with a second incoming port. The system can also determine a third port and a fourth port that are outgoing ports that respectively correspond to the first and second ports. The system can also transmit the first data stream to a second device via the third port and transmit the second data stream to a third device via the fourth port.

Abstract: An intelligent persona manager is provided to dynamically and intelligently instantiate policies and rules for devices that are associated with a subscriber account. The intelligent persona manager can determine a device associated with a subscriber account can be used in many different scenarios and for different purposes, and the intelligent persona manager can determine which persona of the subscriber account is currently associated with the active session and select rules or policies to apply from a set of policies that are associated with the subscriber account.

Abstract: A dynamic secure mobile network is provided to enable the transfer and storage of private data. The dynamic secure mobile network can provide secured communication channels that segregates different types of data and allows for protected data streams to be sent via different secured channels than non-protected data. The enhanced wireless mobile network can support consistent compliancy/privacy and security policies across all networks.

Abstract: A system for dynamically providing or utilizing services and applications on a temporary or new device is provided. A user can send a message with a secure code that is forwarded to a home network associated with the user. The home network can initiate transferring data from an application repository on the home network to the visited network which can then install the application through over the air programming. Once installed on the device, the application can send authentication information including the subscriber identity module (SIM) information to a virtual SIM database on the visiting carrier or home carrier networks to enable the application and services on the device.
