  • Publication number: 20200023760
Abstract: A seat cushion part includes a base fabric extending between and looped around a front edge frame and a rear edge frame, and having an upper layer part and a lower layer part which are provided apart from each other in an up-down direction. Wire members of metal are provided respectively on side edge portions of the base fabric, and coil springs are spring members each extending between an end portion of the wire member and the front edge frame or the rear edge frame. A load further applied due to vibration, impact, and so on causes the upper layer part to come into contact with the lower layer part to also displace the lower layer part in the up-down direction. Consequently, the coil springs connected through the wire members extend/contract, and their elastic force acts.

  • Patent number: 10420513
Abstract: The present invention is configured to compare an output result of frequency analysis of a frequency gradient time-series waveform of a biosignal with preset corresponding data of output results of brain waves of different biological states to the output result. Accordingly, it is possible to estimate a time-series variation of a biological state which is specified by a brain wave state and brain waves by using a biological index other than brain waves, in particular, a result of frequency analysis of a frequency gradient time-series waveform of a biosignal reflecting an autonomic nervous function. Using an electroencephalograph is not required, and thus it is possible to estimate brain waves and a biological state corresponding to brain waves easily and rapidly.

  • Patent number: 10398329
Abstract: A novel technique for analyzing a biological state is provided. A body trunk biological signal (aortic pulse wave) extracted from the back of a body trunk is differentiated twice. By using a resultant second derivative waveform, a waveform component of a maximum amplitude of a low frequency appearing as a result of switch of an amplitude from attenuation to amplification in transition from a contracting phase to a diastolic phase of a ventricle is specified in each period of the second derivative waveform. Inflection points are specified that appear before and after the maximum amplitude waveform component. A biological state is analyzed using information about each of the inflection points. The two inflection points obtained from a reference form of the second derivative waveform of the aortic pulse wave substantially agree in time phase with first heart sound and second heart sound (or an R wave and a T wave in an electrocardiogram) indicating the dynamic state of a cardiovascular system.

  • Patent number: 10369912
Abstract: A torque transfer control mechanism that suppresses output-side displacement, and including a rotation control unit that maintains a locked state when an input torque rotating a transfer mechanism is not applied, and releases the locked state when the transfer mechanism rotates. The rotation control unit includes an internal gear and lock plates that include outer teeth that can engage with inner teeth of the internal gear. When an input torque is not applied, the inner teeth of the internal gear engage with the outer teeth of the lock plates, and when the transfer mechanism is rotated, engagement between the inner teeth and the outer teeth is released. Thus, even when torque is applied from the output unit side, engagement between the inner teeth and the outer teeth is not released by the torque.

  • Patent number: 10369909
Abstract: A surface fastener formed of a synthetic resin and in which a base with a 0.1 to 0.9 mm thickness and engagement element groups including engagement elements with a 0.2 to 0.8 mm protrusion height are integrally molded, and engagement element rows are composed of the plural engagement elements arranged in a row direction and each protruding independently. A cushioning member is covered with a covering member via the surface fastener. A resistance value of the surface fastener by itself as measured by a handle-o-meter method conforming to the JIS L 1096 E method is 80 to 150 g, whereas a load-deflection characteristic when a pressure is applied to an overlapping portion of the stacked surface fastener and cushioning member by a pressure plate with a 30 mm diameter approximates a similarly measured load-deflection characteristic of the cushioning member by itself.

  • Publication number: 20190210488
Abstract: To provide a power seat slide device having improved effects of reducing abnormal sound, a temperature increase, and so on in gear mechanisms and so on. Gear mechanisms each include a case in which a worm and a worm wheel are rotatably supported, the cases are suspended from and supported by upper rails. The worms are connected to and supported by a rotational force transmission shaft of a drive mechanism, and the worm wheels are screwed to and supported by slide screws provided in lower rails. Further, the cases are supported on the lower rails via balls which are rolling members. This structure stabilizes a slide operation of the cases themselves and can further improve the effects of reducing abnormal sound and so on.

  • Patent number: 10315535
Abstract: A seat support mechanism including a lifter, and configured to perform a cushion frame suspension function no matter to what height a cushion frame is adjusted. Torsion bars extending in the width direction of a cushion frame and elastically supporting the cushion frame are supported by a link mechanism disposed between sliders and the cushion frame. Even if the attitude of the link mechanism is displaced when the lifter adjusts the height, the positions of the torsion bars are displaced so as to follow the displacement. The torsion bars elastically support the cushion frame no matter to what height the torsion bars are displaced. Thus, no matter to what height the cushion frame is adjusted, the torsion bars are able to support the cushion frame with predetermined elasticity and to exhibit predetermined vibration absorption characteristics.

  • Publication number: 20180360315
Abstract: The present invention uses a time-series waveform of biosignal information collected from the back of a person and including biological sound and vibration (back body surface pulse wave). The back body surface pulse wave is pressure vibration arising from cardiac and aortic motions, and includes ventricular systolic and diastolic information and information on vascular wall elasticity which serves as an auxiliary pump for the circulation, and is considered as a vibration system including both the damping of viscous damping friction and the damping of solid friction. The back body surface pulse wave fluctuates according to a flow rate (stroke volume) of blood pumped out from the heart, and the fluctuation of this flow rate is reflected in the amplitude of the time-series waveform of the back body surface pulse wave.

  • Patent number: 10136850
Abstract: A biological body state estimation device configured such that a homeostatic function level is sorted and acquired in plural stages by using a biological signal obtained from an upper body of a person and each stage of the homeostatic function level is plotted in time series in accordance with a time axis indicated on the lateral axis and displayed as a graph by a display. A highest part on the vertical axis of the graph can be displayed as a highly active state and a lowest part as a function decline state. Therefore, a state of fluctuation due to autonomous nerves as an attempt to maintain homeostasis, progress of a feeling of fatigue, and a state stimulated by activation of the brain can be captured as a periodic function. Moreover, a sleep prediction phenomenon can be captured.

  • Patent number: 10130183
Abstract: A sheet cushioning member includes front links coupled to a front torsion bar and rear links coupled to a rear torsion bar are arranged at a predetermined interval from each other in a front and rear direction of a seat, and when a predetermined load or larger is applied, the front links and the rear links rotate in opposite directions, and dampers are disposed to extend between lower portions of the front links and the rear links. When a predetermined load fluctuation or larger occurs, the dampers expand or contract to exhibit a damping force, and a load fluctuation smaller than this does not cause the dampers to expand or contract and is alleviated by elasticity of the front torsion bar and the rear torsion bar. An impact absorbing characteristic is thereby improved with a simple structure.

  • Patent number: 10118513
Abstract: A seat structure. A reinforcing structure in a substantially rectangular frame shape is set in an area where cushion-part side frames and back-part side frames are coupled to each other via reclining mechanism parts, from vicinities of rear portions of the cushion-part side frames up to vicinities of lower portions of the back-part side frames. The reinforcing structure increases unity of a cushion frame and a back frame, and when a load is applied to the back frame due to an impact at the time of a rear-end collision or the like, the load acts as a force deforming mainly the cushion frame via the reinforcing structure, and when the body of a seated person thereafter moves rearward, the load acts as a force deforming mainly the back frame, making it possible to use not only strength of the back frame but also strength of the cushion frame.

  • Patent number: 10118323
Abstract: To obtain an integrated foam-molded product whose manufacturing cost is reduced and which makes an effective use of a property of an integration target. Foaming heat generated at the time of the foaming of a polyurethane foam raw material, whose influence has been conventionally prevented by contriving a special measure, is positively used. The integration target is influenced by foaming heat generated at the time of the foaming of the polyurethane foam raw material in a mold, to thermally deform into a desired shape along a mold shape. Consequently, it is possible to mold the integration target into an arbitrary shape in a step of integrating the integration target with a polyurethane foam layer in the mold by integrated foaming, and therefore, there is no need to work the integration target to a state closer to a final shape in a step before it is disposed in the mold, which can simplify manufacturing steps and reduce manufacturing cost.

  • Publication number: 20180296152
Abstract: A basic physical condition of a person is estimated. A biological state estimation device calculates a plurality of indexes indicating variations of states of bioregulation function elements, including an index ascribable to fluctuation highly correlated with a brain function, an autonomic nervous function, bodily and mental fatigue, or sensation, which are obtained from a bioregulation function element judging device, every predetermined judgment times set for the respective bioregulation function elements in advance to find time-series variations of the indexes. A basic physical condition estimating device analyzes the time-series variations in order of priorities. Consequently, it is possible to find a physical condition from fluctuation performance serving as a basis of a regulation system of a person in a basic physical condition estimation time which is set longer than the judgment times of the respective bioregulation function elements.
