Patent number: 9989121Abstract: A rotating movement control mechanism including a worm, and a main driving side worm wheel and a driven side worm wheel disposed across the worm. Both end portions of the worm in an axial direction are axially supported by bearing parts. Respective teeth of the main driving side worm wheel and the driven side worm wheel contact both sides of the worm in a direction substantially orthogonal to the axial center with a backlash, and are supported thereby. When the second member is relatively rotated with respect to the first member, the worm rotates relatively with respect to the main driving side worm wheel. The driven side worm wheel rotates by a rotational force of the worm, and a rotational force of the driven side worm wheel is regenerated in the worm. Whirling vibrations of the worm are suppressed, and relative rotation is performed smoothly.Type: GrantFiled: May 12, 2014Date of Patent: June 5, 2018Assignee: DELTA TOOLING CO., LTD.Inventors: Etsunori Fujita, Katsuhiro Inoue, Hiroki Nawamoto

Patent number: 9826295Abstract: To enable an output sound of a speaker unit to be output as a surface sound source in a limited space. A three-dimensional knitted fabric is provided at a position substantially facing speaker units while being given tension in a surface direction. Since the tension is applied, a pair of ground knitted fabrics constituting the three-dimensional knitted fabric and a connecting yarn extending back and forth between the ground knitted fabrics vibrate due to their elastic action. In particular, string vibration is generated in the connecting yarn. Due to this vibration, output sounds of the speaker units are propagated in the surface direction of the three-dimensional knitted fabric, and as a result, the three-dimensional knitted fabric propagates and radiates acoustic waves of a surface sound source.Type: GrantFiled: November 11, 2014Date of Patent: November 21, 2017Assignee: DELTA TOOLING CO., LTD.Inventors: Etsunori Fujita, Yumi Ogura, Seiji Kawasaki, Shinichiro Maeda, Kosuke Aoi, Tatsuya Motoie

Patent number: 9738196Abstract: A base net for a back is formed from a three-dimensional stereoscopic knit, and has a configuration in which seams for bringing a pair of ground knitted fabrics thereof to close to each other in a thickness direction are partially provided, predetermined preliminary compression is applied in the thickness direction by the seams, and thereby residual stress is generated in a surface direction (stretching direction). Therefore, stiffness is partially increased by partial improvement in residual stress, and consequently a human body with extreme roughness is supported by nearly uniform pressure. Thus, in spite of a simple configuration in which the seams are provided in desired regions, posture supportiveness and body pressure dispersiveness can be improved. Further, by arbitrarily adjusting the formation positions of the seams, the pressure distribution is adjusted, thereby making it possible to easily control the vibration mode to desired setting, and easily improve vibration absorbency.Type: GrantFiled: November 23, 2012Date of Patent: August 22, 2017Assignee: Delta Tooling Co., Ltd.Inventors: Yumi Ogura, Etsunori Fujita, Seiji Kawasaki, Shogo Inoue, Yuki Arita, Eiji Sugimoto

Publication number: 20170232871Abstract: A seat support mechanism including a lifter, and configured to perform a cushion frame suspension function no matter to what height a cushion frame is adjusted. Torsion bars extending in the width direction of a cushion frame and elastically supporting the cushion frame are supported by a link mechanism disposed between sliders and the cushion frame. Even if the attitude of the link mechanism is displaced when the lifter adjusts the height, the positions of the torsion bars are displaced so as to follow the displacement. The torsion bars elastically support the cushion frame no matter to what height the torsion bars are displaced. Thus, no matter to what height the cushion frame is adjusted, the torsion bars are able to support the cushion frame with predetermined elasticity and to exhibit predetermined vibration absorption characteristics.Type: ApplicationFiled: October 16, 2015Publication date: August 17, 2017Applicant: Delta Tooling Co., Ltd.Inventors: Terumi ASAI, Katsuhiro INQUE, Etsunori FUJITA

Patent number: 9682642Abstract: A seat suspension with a compact structure while being capable of coping with input vibrations not only in a vertical direction but in six-axis directions. Three pantograph links between a vehicle body floor side and a seat side are employed. Thus, control in six-axis directions is possible, allowing simplification compared to conventional structures. In addition to an active control mechanism using the pantograph links, the seat suspension has a compressed coil spring and the magnetic spring as a first elastic member and a second elastic member. Specifically, damping is performed with high efficiency by controlling the seat side in a reverse phase to the vehicle body floor side with respect to the input direction of vibrations by the active control mechanism and meanwhile performing damping passively by these elastic members.Type: GrantFiled: April 22, 2014Date of Patent: June 20, 2017Assignee: DELTA TOOLING CO., LTD.Inventors: Etsunori Fujita, Hiroki Oshimo
