Abstract: A display apparatus and a method for displaying a screen thereof are provided. The display apparatus is configured to when a slave display apparatus approaches a display apparatus which displays contents, split the contents into a plurality of content split screens and transmit the content split screens to the slave display apparatus to correspond to an arrangement of the display apparatus and the slave display apparatus. The display apparatus is further configured to, when a slave display apparatus comes into contact with a master display apparatus, split contents displayed in the master display apparatus into a plurality of content split screens and transmit the content split screens to the slave display apparatus to correspond to a contact point between the master display apparatus and the slave display apparatus.

Abstract: Disclosed are a portable apparatus and a method for sharing content thereof, in which the method of sharing contents in a portable apparatus includes receiving user interaction with a document targeted for photographing through a camera of the portable apparatus; and sharing a content corresponding to the document with at least one remote device so as to correspond to the user interaction with the document. With this, the user interaction with the contents of the portable apparatus input through the camera and the document targeted for photographing is shared with the remote device, thereby efficiently supporting education focused on students.

Abstract: A method of providing a graphical user interface (GUI) using divided screens, and a multimedia device using the same, the method including: displaying a plurality of items on a first screen on a display of the device; displaying a plurality of lists on a second screen on the display; and adding an item selected by a user from among the plurality of items on the first screen to a list selected by the user from among the plurality of lists on the second screen.
