    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a composition for submucosal injection including a divalent cation and an oligosaccharide obtained by exposing powdered polysaccharides to irradiation, heat, ultrasound, or ultraviolet radiation. The composition may be provided as a single solution; or the divalent cation and the oligosaccharide may be separately packaged, with the divalent cation being provided in solution form and the oligosaccharide being provided in powder form. The divalent cation may be 0.1-0.5% w/v of Ca2+, Mg2+, Fe2+, Cu2+, Ba2+, Zn2+, or any combination thereof. The oligosaccharide may be 0.5-2% w/v of degraded sodium alginate, degraded xanthan gum, degraded dextran, degraded welan gum, degraded gellan gum, degraded diutan gum, or any combination thereof. When the divalent cation is in contact with the oligosaccharide, viscosity of the composition is greater than 1000 cP, and injection pressure of the composition falls within a range of 2.5-4 kgf.

    Abstract: A resource manager (RM) instance is associated with each transaction processing system (TPS) member, of a TPS group. Each RM instance monitors performance of the associated TPS member. If a TPS member becomes unavailable for any reason (a failing TPS), the associated RM instance broadcasts status of the failing TPS to RMs associated “surviving” members of the group. RM instances associated with surviving members initiate a series of actions that reduce the resources used by the surviving TPS members. Consequently, the surviving TPS members are better able to process the additional workload imposed on them due to the unavailability of the failing TPS. Once the failing TPS is brought back online and made available again (or a replacement TPS is brought online), RM instances associated with the surviving members perform actions to undo the resource usage reduction tasks, and the TPS group returns to a nominal configuration.

The preparation method includes the following steps: mixing a precipitant and a first solvent to form a first solution having 1 mol/L to 5 mol/L of the precipitant by concentration; mixing one of a Cu salt or a Ga salt, a Zn salt, and a second solvent to form a second solution having Cu and Zn at a molar ratio of less than 0.05:1 and Ga and Zn at a molar ratio of less than 0.1:1; subjecting the first solution and the second solution to precipitation or hydrolysis at 50° C. to 90° C. to obtain a precipitate, and washing and drying the precipitate to obtain a precursor sample; and conducting calcination on the precursor sample at 300° C. to 500° C. for 3 h to 5 h to obtain a Cu-doped ZnO catalyst or a Ga-doped ZnO catalyst.
