The connector may have a bore therethrough and may be configured to receive the coupler body and to engage the connector anchor. A pocket-forming cap may releasably engage the post-tensioning concrete anchor; the pocket-forming cap may include a frustoconical wall, a gripping head, and a connector-receiving portion. The method may include using the system to form a second concrete section adjacent to a first concrete section before stressing the first concrete section.

The assembly may define a longitudinal passage adapted to receive the tension member and the presence of the assembly on the tension member seals the portion of the tension member that is within the assembly. An inner tube may be positioned between the outer tube and the tubular long seal and may radially compress the tubular long seal.

The drive gear engagement engages the drive assembly so as to allow the transmission of torque from the drive assembly to the blade mount, the blade mount coupled to or integrally formed with the cutting body. The strand cutter also includes a flange plate, wherein the flange plate receives the shoulder. The flange plate retains the nose piece in engagement to the drive assembly.
