The acid fluid inlet is connected with the acid fluid conveying unit, the CO2 inlet is connected with the CO2 conveying unit, the miscible fluid outlet is connected with the plate holder, the plate holder is connected with the recycling fluid tank, and the recycling fluid tank is connected to the vacuum pump. The CO2 conveying unit includes a CO2 cylinder and a gas booster pump which is connected to the cylinder. The outlet of the pump is connected to the gas inlet of the mixing tank.

In some embodiments, a hybrid data storage device operates in a normal mode in which data transfer commands received from a host device are serviced by a top level controller circuit which directs a first subset of the received data transfer commands to a non-volatile rotatable recording memory and a second subset of the received data transfer commands are directed to a non-volatile solid-state memory. The controller circuit transitions to a performance mode responsive to a detected first parameter so that subsequently received data transfer commands are directed exclusively to the solid-state memory. The controller circuit terminates the performance mode and resumes the normal mode responsive to a detected second parameter.

A glue injection zone is provided at an end surface of the glue injection end and runs through the glue chamber.     Abstract: A self-tapping screw with drilling wing includes a head, a shank extending therefrom, a plurality of threads spirally disposed on the shank, a drilling portion opposite to the head, and at least one winged reaming unit formed on the drilling portion and extending outwards therefrom. At least one supporting rib protrudes from at least one surface of the reaming unit for increasing the strength of the reaming unit, allowing the reaming unit to bear the larger drilling stress during a screwing operation and provide the greater cutting action, and preventing the reaming unit from wearing or breaking. The combination of the supporting rib and the reaming unit allows the reaming unit to provide a suitable thickness which facilitates a preferable cutting speed without affecting the drilling capability of the screw.
