    Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure provide an array substrate and a manufacturing method thereof, and a display device. The array substrate includes a plurality of pixel structures. The pixel structure includes a gate electrode, a gate electrode insulating layer, an active layer, source and drain electrodes, and a passivation layer which are sequentially stacked. The pixel structure further includes a first electrode and a second electrode. The first electrode is located between the gate electrode insulating layer and the passivation layer, and electrically connected to one of the source electrode and the drain electrode. The second electrode is located above the passivation layer. A first via passing through the passivation layer is provided, and the second electrode is electrically connected to one of the source electrode and the drain electrode through the first via.

    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a touch driving circuit for providing driving signals to touch driving electrodes of a touch panel in a touch phase. The touch driving circuit includes a plurality of cascaded touch shift register units. The number of the touch shift register units is same as the number of columns of the touch driving electrodes. The touch driving circuit further includes a plurality of switching units corresponding to the plurality of touch shift register units. The switching unit includes a driving signal input terminal, a control terminal and a driving signal output terminal. When the touch shift register unit outputs a high level signal, the switching unit connects the driving signal input terminal and the driving signal output terminal. Correspondingly, the present disclosure further provides a display device and a driving method thereof.

    Abstract: A shift register, driving method thereof and a gate driving circuit are disclosed, wherein the shift register comprises an input module, a reset module, a first output module, a second output module and a control module. The shift register uses the first clock signal to control the second node, and then controls the signal output by the signal output terminal by alternate high/low levels of the second node and the second clock signal, such that the signal output terminal can always output signals to eliminate noises and stabilize row output signals. In addition, since the second node has alternate high/low levels, the life span of the shift register can be protected.
