  • Patent number: 7534074
Abstract: In order to prevent the contamination of particulates such as food material particulates, facilitate maintenance, and to enhance the process sealing accuracy, a flow path switchover device is presented. The device of the present invention has a tube assembly including first and second main tube members and a branch member. The first and second main tube members are interconnected via a first ring member. The first main tube member and the branch member are interconnected via a second ring member arranged at a preset angle with the first ring member. A metal changeover damper supported on a rotating shaft swings between the first and second ring members and accordingly blocks and seals either the connection between the first main tube member and the second main tube member or the connection between the first main tube member and the branch tube member, while allowing the other connection.

Abstract: The present invention aims to detect breakage of a sieve in real-time and thus substantially reduce a cost increase of products caused by sieve breakage. The present invention also aims to reduce management cost of a sieve substantially. Multiple conductive bands 40 through 51 of a predetermined width, composed of multiple (for example, ten, in the structure shown in the figures) conductive weaving threads 24 and multiple (for example, ten) nonconductive weaving threads 23 and a certain number of nonconductive weaving threads 25, are formed in one area of the screen member 5. These conductive bands 40 through 51 of combined weave are formed parallel to the axial direction X at certain intervals D. Between each conductive band 40 through 51, nonconductive bands 52 through 62 plane-woven by using the nonconductive weaving threads 23 and the nonconductive weaving threads 25 are formed. A continuous conductive element 82 of a folded shape is formed, as shown in FIGS.
