Abstract: Disclosed are a novel photosensitive recording material and a method for using the recording material in the production of planographic printing plates. The recording material comprises a support and a negative-working photosensitive layer that contains a diazonium salt polycondensation product as the photosensitive compound and, in addition, a colorless inorganic pigment which is insoluble in water and organic solvents and which has an average particle diameter from 1 to 20 .mu.m. The pigment is present in a quantity from 0.01 to 2% by weight, relative to the non-volatile constituents of the layer, and is evenly distributed in the layer. Due to the pigment content, a rough layer surface is formed, which has the effect of reducing the time required for creating a vacuum in a vacuum frame into which the recording material is mounted. The presence of the pigment in the layer also produces an improved tonal rendering in the print obtained.

Abstract: A process for producing negative relief copies is disclosed in which a light-sensitive material, consisting essentially of (1) a binder which is insoluble in water and soluble in aqueous-alkaline solutions and (2) a light-sensitive ester or amide of a 1,2-benzoquinone-2-diazide-4-sulfonic acid, a 1,2-benzoquinone-2-diazide-4-carboxylic acid, a 1,2-naphthoquinone-2-diazide-4-sulfonic acid, or a 1,2-naphthoquinone-2-diazide-4-carboxylic acid, is imagewise exposed, thereafter heated and, after cooling, exposed again without an original, and subsequently developed by means of an aqueous-alkaline developer. The disclosed process permits the production of negative copies with the aid of a material which yields positive copies when it is processed in a conventional manner.

Abstract: The disclosure concerns a support for a sun visor. The support includes a flat support member and a clamping spring which wraps around the support shaft for the sun visor at a cutout in the flat support member. The spring extends from a web wrapped around the mounting shaft and has arms extending past the opposite surfaces of the support member to beneath the support member. One arm of the clamping spring terminates in a hook defined by two successive bends. The other arm terminates in an inclined extension, and the extension terminates at a hooking edge at the bend in the second arm defining the extension. The hook of the first arm hooks behind the hooking edge of the second arm. The extension on the second arm defines a bevel for guiding the hook of the first arm behind the hooking edge. The hooking edge is defined in a window cut into the extension of the second arm.

Abstract: A sun visor for a motor vehicle comprises a mounting bracket having a shaft projecting therefrom. A visor panel is rotatably mounted on the shaft by a connector. A clip connected to the visor panel comprises a spring leaf which exerts a radial force on the shaft to resist rotation and a radial ridge formation which engages with a complementary groove formation on the shaft to resist axial movement of the panel along the shaft thereby avoiding the need for further fasteners.

Abstract: A clamp for fastening trim or protective strips on support surfaces which includes a single strip of sheet metal formed to three spaced, superposed legs, the outer legs being connected by a bridge, and the middle leg bent inwardly from the free end of the lower outer leg and extending toward the bridge and between the outer legs. The lower leg and bridge are slotted to slide or plug onto a shank of a T-shaped stud, the lower and middle leg clamping the top and bottom of the head of the stud. The upper and middle legs clamp a projection on the trim strip.
