    Abstract: A direct liquid fuel cell power generation device comprises a direct liquid fuel cell system and a low-temperature auxiliary starting component. A heat exchanger is arranged at a stack cathode inlet. The heat of a fuel solution at a stack anode outlet is used to heat the air. The heat generated by an electronic load for starting is used to heat a condenser. The heat of a methanol solution at a liquid outlet of a gas-liquid separator is used to preheat high-concentration fuel flowing into a refueling pump. Starting and operation in a low-temperature environment can be realized through auxiliary heating of external power supplies such as the low-temperature auxiliary starting component or an in-vehicle cigarette lighter. Organic micromolecule substances such as methanol and ethanol are used as fuel and are subjected to catalytic combustion in a catalytic combustor.

An infrared thermal imager connected to a computer is arranged at the front end of the telescopic box bodies, and a light-blocking plate is installed on a rear end. The distance between a coal rock test block and a lens of the infrared thermal imager can be freely adjusted via the three telescopic box bodies. The telescopic box bodies are installed on a rock press, and a loading test is performed on the coal rock test block.

A pole trench is formed in the layers using a first etch process. The nonmagnetic and side shield location layers have an etch selectivity of at least 0.9 and not more than 1.1 for the first etch. A pole is provided in the pole trench. A remaining portion of the side shield location layer is removed using a wet etch. The nonmagnetic layer is nonremovable by the wet etch. Side shield(s) having a back surface substantially the same as the back surface of the side shield location layer are provided.

    Abstract: A water-preserved-mining roof-contacted filling method for controlling fissure of overlying strata and surface subsidence. The method is suitable for controlling fissure of overlying strata and surface subsidence in water-preserved-mining of a mine. A sensor is mounted at the top of a goaf of a filling working face where water-preserved-mining is carried out, and a filling body that is filled is monitored through a stress display device so as to determine whether the goaf is roof-contacted or separated. When the filling body is separated after roof-contacted, the goaf is filled for the second time so as to be roof-contacted fully, so that the purpose of controlling fissure of overlying strata and surface subsidence can be achieved, and protective mining of water resources of the mine can be realized at last. The method is simple and targeted, and has strong operability and high efficiency.

The method is suitable for controlling fissure of overlying strata and surface subsidence in water-preserved-mining of a mine.     Abstract: A first layered structure includes a magnetic layer, a first hard mask layer, a second hard mask layer, and a first stepping layer. The first stepping layer is etched through to create a sidewall. A mask-width definition layer is deposited on and adjacent to the sidewall, until a mask-width definition layer thickness is achieved adjacent to the sidewall. The mask-width definition layer is removed except on the sidewall. The first stepping layer is removed. The second hard mask layer is etched away, except for a remainder of the second hard mask layer beneath the mask-width definition layer. The first hard mask layer is etched away around the remainder of the second hard mask layer, to form a dual layer hard mask comprising the remainder of the second hard mask layer and the remainder of the first hard mask layer. The magnetic layer is ion milled around the dual hard mask.
