Abstract: An elastic dope dyed yarn composite of two colors and process of manufacturing same is provided. The elastic dope dyed yarn composite of two colors includes an SDY having fibers being dope dyed, a POY drawn from dope dyed synthetic materials; and an elastic yarn. The SDY, the POY, and the elastic yarn are twisted together to form the elastic dope dyed yarn composite of two colors. The process is water saving and energy saving and causes no pollution. The elastic dope dyed yarn composite of two colors is light in weight and is capable of keeping warm, and has a high elasticity.

Abstract: A yarn is provided with a hollow fiber including a plurality of filaments and one or more longitudinal voids between the filaments; and a heat retention fiber being a fiber for emitting infrared light, the heat retention fiber including a plurality of filaments each being capable of retaining heat, the filaments having nanoscale powder capable of emitting near and far infrared light uniformly formed therein. The hollow fiber and the heat retention fiber are twisted together to form a yarn having heat retention capability.
