  • Patent number: 10498283
Abstract: Provided is a motor drive device capable of adjusting a 0-axis current to a desired value. A motor drive device (inverter device 100) for an open winding type motor 200 in which a stator winding wire includes three-phase independent winding wires 210, 220, and 230 includes a plurality of single-phase inverters 160, 170, and 180 provided for each of the winding wires 210 to 230 to individually apply a voltage to a corresponding winding wire, and a controller 150 that controls each of the single-phase inverters 160 to 180. The controller 150 adjusts a 0-axis current to a predetermined value by alternately and repeatedly generating a first period in which a sum of voltages applied to the respective independent winding wires 210 to 230 is set to a value other than zero to offset the 0-axis current and a second period in which the sum of the voltages applied to the respective winding wires 210 to 230 is set to zero.

  • Patent number: 10447183
Abstract: A motor is driven while suppressing drive torque ripple generated by the motor, when any of the phases is opened during the driving of the motor. A motor drive device controls the driving of a motor in which the armature windings of respective phases are independently provided. The motor drive device is equipped with: an inverter circuit for converting the DC power supplied through DC bus lines to three-phase AC powers and respectively outputting the three-phase AC powers to the armature windings of the respective phases; and a controller for controlling the inverter circuit. When any of the phases is opened in the AC powers output from the inverter circuit, the controller adjusts the difference between the phases of the respective currents flowing through the armature windings of normal phases so that the AC powers of the other normal phases except the opened phase are compensated each other.

  • Publication number: 20190257789
Abstract: In a magnetic material detection device comprising: at least two magnetic sensors; and a control device detecting a magnetic material by using output values of the magnetic sensors, the magnetic sensors are arranged at an interval of a predetermined distance from each other such that a subject is located outside a space therebetween, and the control device detects the magnetic material by comparing time change amounts of output values of the magnetic sensors resulting from a change in relative position between the subject and each of the magnetic sensors, with utilizing that an absolute value of the time change amount becomes larger in one of the magnetic sensors close to the subject as compared to another of the magnetic sensors far from the subject.

  • Publication number: 20190238049
Abstract: In a case where a switching element of an inverter does not operate properly due to failure or the like, a three-phase short circuit cannot be made, and an induced voltage cannot be suppressed. An induced voltage suppression device is electrically connected to the three-phase wiring between the power converter and the motor, in parallel to the power converter. A rectification circuit is composed of a three-phase diode bridge circuit. A DC voltage source is composed of a capacitor. A voltage detection circuit detects a voltage of both ends of the DC voltage source. In a short circuit, when a transistor of the voltage detection circuit is turned on, transistors are turned on to perform three-phase short-circuit operation to suppress an induced voltage of the motor. Since the induced voltage suppression device secures a DC voltage by the induced voltage of the motor as a drive source in a self-excited manner, it is possible to suppress the induced voltage even when an abnormality occurs in the power converter.

  • Publication number: 20190013760
Abstract: The present invention is devised to allow accurate determination on quality of a current sensor, and provide a current sensor reduced in size and cost and an inverter having the current sensor. A direct-current sensor 380 detects direct currents supplied to a plurality of inverters 300 and 301 for driving an alternating-current motor 200 in which winding wires of a stator are independent from each other in individual phases and a voltage is individually applied to the independent winding wires. The plurality of inverters has a P connecting wire 150 connecting P buses and an N connecting wire 160 connecting N buses. The direct-current sensor 380 has a core surrounding the P connecting wire and the N connecting wire to detect the currents flowing into and out of the P bus and the N bus. This makes it possible to employ a small-capacity current sensor, improve the sensor accuracy, and allow accurate determination on the quality of the current sensor.

Abstract: A boron neutron capture therapy system has a neutron beam irradiation device, a patient restraint/placement portion, a three-dimensional diagnostic device, an irradiation table, a position adjustment mechanism, and a control unit. The boron neutron capture therapy system performs position determination with a sufficient degree of accuracy at the time of the boron neutron capture therapy. Further, the control unit, using the movement of the irradiation table, performs collision avoidance processing that changes the movement of the irradiation table before the patient restrained on the patient restraint/placement portion receives injury by colliding with the irradiation port, and thus, collision between the patient and the irradiation port can be avoided.
