  • Publication number: 20060076600
Abstract: In a method for fabricating a semiconductor device according to the present invention, a groove is formed in a second interlayer insulating film, and then a storage electrode is formed which covers bottom and side surfaces of the groove. A capacitor insulating film is formed on the storage electrode, and a CVD method at a low temperature of 400° C. or lower and annealing with ammonia are repeated to form a TiOxNy film on the capacitor insulating film. A TiN film is formed on the TiOxNy film, and the TiN film is etched using the TiOxNy film as a stopper. The exposed TiOxNy film is then removed to form a plate electrode made of the TiOxNy film and the TiN film.

  • Patent number: 6456607
Abstract: An information signal processing apparatus discriminates a significance factor of an input information signal. A modulation process of the information signal is determined in accordance with the discriminated significance factor. The modulated information signal is transmitted to an external apparatus. Since the modulation process of an information signal to be transmitted is controlled basing upon the significance factor of the information signal, both the transmission error rate and transmission rate can be optimized.

  • Patent number: 6385177
Abstract: A transmission station performs carrier sense for a predetermined time and sends a request to send (RTS) signal to the partner station. When a clear to send (CTS) signal is received from the partner station within a predetermined waiting time Tw, the transmission station waits for the AGC rise time and transmits the first packet comprised of a data portion and a header portion containing a synchronization signal (SYNC) and an ID signal. Next, the transmission station continuously transmits the second packet. The header portions of the subsequent packets contain only synchronization signals. With this arrangement, when a plurality of transmission stations want to transmit image data by radio using asynchronous TDMA, image data for one picture can be transmitted in a short time without interruption.
