  • Publication number: 20240100945
Abstract: An actuator is provided in an actuator housing. A lever is provided in the actuator housing, rotates by driving force from the actuator, contacts an arm that rotates together with the pedal, and is capable of imparting a reaction force to the pedal against a driver's depression force. A fixing member is formed so that a pedal housing and the actuator housing are fixed apart from each other, and are attachable to a vehicle. A positioning portion determines a contact position between an arm and the lever and between a rotation axis of the pedal and a rotation axis of the lever.

  • Patent number: 10074507
Abstract: In one embodiment, an electron beam drawing apparatus includes an electron gun including a cathode and an anode, a current control circuit controlling a total emission current, a first detector detecting a first emission current from an outer peripheral portion of the cathode, a second detector detecting a second emission current from an central portion of the cathode, and a controller that determines a coefficient, which is a ratio of an emission current from the outer peripheral portion of the cathode to the first emission current. During a period in which a pattern is drawn on the substrate, the controller estimates a value of the second emission current by subtracting a value, which is resulted by multiplying the first emission current by the coefficient, from the total emission current, and controls the current control circuit in a manner of holding the estimated value constant.

  • Patent number: 6768845
Abstract: An optical cable has a plurality of one-groove spacers 3 which are twisted in one direction around a central member 1. Anti-tensile elements 2 are arranged in the central portion of the central member 1. Each one-groove spacer having a single groove which is linear lengthwise and substantially square in cross section and holding a stack of a plurality of optical fiber ribbons 4. The inner width and the height of the side walls of the groove of the one-groove spacer are set greater than the diagonal length of the stack. Therefore, the transmission loss becomes reducible because the contact portions of the optical fiber ribbons with respect to the side walls of the grooves vary in the longitudinal direction, thus preventing a specific number of optical fibers from being continuously subjected to edgewise pressure.

  • Patent number: 6411761
Abstract: The invention is to provide an optical fiber cable in which an end of an optical fiber core is prevented from being dragged inside the main cable body part upon the application of a tension on the optical fiber cable, and which prevents the increase in transmission loss and breakage of the optical fiber core caused by the movement of the optical fiber core near the connection point. The invention can be characterized in that an optical fiber cable is formed in such a manner that yarns are stranded in a periphery of the stack of the optical fiber ribbons, and an outer sheath of the main cable body part is formed with a tension member united thereto on the periphery of the yarns.
