  • Publication number: 20130067478
Abstract: Provided are: information acquisition unit that periodically acquires usage state information of resource by load; user terminal that creates permitted usage period data; period setting unit that sets each load's permitted usage period based on permitted usage period data; determination unit that determines whether each load's resource usage is within permitted usage period; and display unit that distinctively displays whether resource usage period is within permitted usage period based on determination result by determination unit. User terminal creates single batch permitted usage period data. Period setting unit includes batch setting unit that performs batch setting whereby batch permitted usage period is set as permitted usage periods of all loads.

  • Publication number: 20130060390
Abstract: Providing an energy-saving diagnostic system with which an energy saving effect brought about by modifying schedule control information can be confirmed easily. A comparison and evaluation unit 28 sets a point in time at which schedule control information is modified by a schedule setting unit 25, as a start point of an evaluation mode. When the evaluation mode starts, the comparison and evaluation unit 28 sets use information obtained over a predetermined period (i.e. in units of days, weeks, months, or years) before the start point of the evaluation mode as reference data, sets use information obtained over the predetermined period after the start point as performance data, and compares the reference data with performance data constituted. The comparison and evaluation unit 28 outputs a comparison data and to cause a user terminal 3 to display the energy saving effect brought about by modifying the schedule control information.

  • Patent number: 8381336
Abstract: A load measuring unit detects the load of a bed section and generates a load signal. A body weight computing unit computes the body weight of a user positioned on the bed section on the basis of the load signal. A first determination unit determines whether the body weight is equal to or less than a prescribed threshold. A center-of-gravity position computing unit computes a center-of-gravity position of the user on the basis of the load signal. A second determination unit determines whether the center-of-gravity position is in a monitored area of the bed section. The state of the user is detected to away from the bed when the first determination unit has determined that the body weight is equal to or less than a prescribed threshold, and the second determination unit has determined that the center-of-gravity position is within the monitored area.

  • Publication number: 20120290231
Abstract: An energy conservation diagnosis system manages electrical device K which consumes electricity to operate based on control schedule information, and comprises acquiring unit 14a, rule information generation unit 14b, operating determination unit 14c and display unit 12. Acquiring unit acquires operating information obtained by means of relating an operating condition of electrical device to a clock time. Rule information generation unit generates rule information by means of relating a rule on use of electrical device to a clock time, based on one or more predetermined time slots depending on a benefit of electricity consumed by electrical device. Operating determination unit acquires control schedule information of electrical device, and generates an image data by means of superimposing acquired control schedule information and rule information onto operating information so that each clock time is fitted to a clock time of operating information. Display unit displays the image data.

  • Publication number: 20120277924
Abstract: A terminal device sets a beneficial use time slot for regarding the electrical consumption in the beneficial use time slot as the beneficial, a waste use time slot for regarding the electrical consumption in the waste use time slot as the waste, and an efficiency improvement time slot for regarding the electrical consumption in the efficiency improvement time slot as the electrical consumption to be reduced. On the basis of the data of an amount of the electrical consumption of the device to be monitored, calculating an amount of the electrical consumption in each the time slot and displaying an amount of the electrical consumption in each time slot are preformed.

  • Publication number: 20120078573
Abstract: The bed device has load measurement means for generating a load signal; first computation means for computing a center-of-gravity variation or load variation on the basis of the load signal; first determination means for determining whether the computation result for the center-of-gravity variation or load variation is equal to or greater than a first threshold value; totaling means for totaling the number of times that the computation result is determined to be equal to or greater than the first threshold value; second computation means for multiplying the totaling results by coefficients for each time period and adding the results; and second determination means for determining a waking or sleeping state or determining a body movement or rest state of a user on the basis of whether a computation result of the second computation means is equal to or greater than a second threshold value.

  • Patent number: 7834770
Abstract: A body weight threshold determination unit determines that the body weight of a user on a bed is at a body weight threshold or higher, and a center-of-gravity position area determination unit determines that the center-of-gravity position thereof has moved to an abnormal position (monitored area). In such a case, the bed user is detected to be in an abnormal position when a body weight center-of-gravity position monitoring unit detects that such a state has continued for a prescribed length of time or longer. When a back-raising operation has been carried out, a movable bedboard determination unit inputs the movable bedboard information, and a monitored area adjustment unit adjusts the monitored area. The monitored area is thereby constantly set to a suitable area in accordance with the state of the movable bedboard.
