    Abstract: Disclosed is an electrode for electrolytic synthesis of a fluorine compound, including: an electrode substrate having at least a surface thereof formed of a conductive carbon material; a conducting diamond layer formed on a part of the surface of the electrode substrate; and a metal fluoride-containing coating layer formed on an exposed part of the electrode substrate that is uncovered by the conducting diamond layer. It is possible for the electrolytic synthesis electrode to limit the growth of a graphite fluoride layer on the electrode surface, prevent decrease in effective electrolysis area and allow stable electrolysis in an electrolytic bath of a hydrogen fluoride-containing molten salt.

Corrosion of a photoelectric conversion element of the light receiving section, the electrode pads and the interconnect is prevented by the protective layer. When they are integrally coated with the protective layer, the light receiving section and the substrate-side electrode pad of the photoelectric conversion substrate can be arranged with a distance therebetween shortened, thereby realizing miniaturization of a detector and enlargement of the light receiving section.

A phosphor layer converting a radiation ray into visible light is formed additionally on the reflective resin sheet formed on one face of the supporting substrate. The phosphor layer is enclosed with an additional moisture-proof layer and the reflective resin sheet. It is possible to obtain a scintillator panel higher in sensitivity characteristics, stabilized in quality and more cost-effective by placing the reflective resin sheet between the supporting substrate and the phosphor layer.

    Abstract: The purpose of the present invention is to provide a method that is for producing a fermented milk and that can maintain flavor and quality at a certain level regardless of the condition of lactobacilli or an enzyme. The present invention relates to a method for producing a fermented milk, said method containing a fermentation step for fermenting a starting material milk containing an enzyme, and a deoxygenation processing step performed before fermentation. Also, the optimum pH of activity of the enzyme is in the neutral region, and the enzyme is inactivated in the acidic region. In the active state, the enzyme can break down lactose contained in the starting material milk. As demonstrated by an embodiment, by performing deoxygenation processing before fermentation, it is possible to maintain the flavor and quality of the fermented milk at a certain level regardless of the condition of lactobacilli or the enzyme.

[Solution] The present invention is essentially based on the finding that fermented milk that is reduced in the sourness coming from lactic acid and has a refreshing taste can be obtained by subjecting a fermentation starting material to lactic acid fermentation after adding a small amount of an acid component (an acidulant) that has a lower degree of sourness than lactic acid to the fermentation starting material. Specifically, 0.05-0.5% by weight (inclusive) of an acid component that has a lower degree of sourness than lactic acid is added to starting material milk when the total of the starting material milk and a lactic acid bacteria starter is taken as 100% by weight.
