The first discharge section moves from a reference position at the upstream side of the tray to the first direction while supporting the sheet, and executes a discharge processing of the sheet. If the image decoloring device is operating in the power-saving mode, a conveyance speed of the sheet through the decoloring processing unit is a first speed.
