    Abstract: The invention proposes the design of a pyrotechnic initiator applied in the aerospace field, including three main components: the housing, the burning bridge and the pyrotechnic dose. The housing has a protective effect and increases the power of the pyrotechnic dose, in which the number of threads and the thread length are calculated to ensure to withstand the fire pressure. The burning bridge generates heat to ignite the ignition dose, the diameter of the bridge is calculated to ensure the resistance of the burning bridge. The pyrotechnic dose consists of 3 ingredient doses, which are the ignition dose, the intermediate dose, and the fire-boosting dose. In which, the mass, composition and density of the doses are calculated to ensure that the required working pressure is created.

The regulation circuit may generate the clock based on at least one of the pre-regulation signal, the regulation signal, and the clock reference and determine whether a voltage level of the regulation signal is within a range. If the voltage level of the regulation signal is within the range, the regulation circuit may generate a switch signal. The switch may adjust a voltage level of the pre-regulation signal based on the switch signal.

    Abstract: The present invention provides a catheter for treating occlusions in blood vessels. The catheter includes at least one electrode pair positioned inside of a flexible angioplasty balloon at the distal end of the catheter. In some designs, the electrode pairs are arranged in a low-profile or coplanar configuration, reducing the diameter of the distal end of the device and permitting treatment of tight and hard-to-cross occlusions. The flexible angioplasty balloon has an extremely low profile and does need to be folded before insertion of the catheter into the cardiovascular system. During treatment, the balloon can be expanded a relatively small amount sufficient to immerse the electrode pairs in a conductive fluid before generating shock waves across the electrodes to treat the occlusion. The balloon can be made of material having elastomeric properties such that it returns to its original low profile configuration when it is deflated following treatment.
