The water-ejecting device is configured for ejecting water from the water chamber through the water-ejecting through hole. The light incident through hole is configured for introducing a laser beam in the water chamber. The hollow light guide pipe is mounted in the water chamber and aligned with the light incident through hole and the water-ejecting through hole. The light guide pipe is watertight and is configured for receiving and guiding the laser beam from the light incident through hole to the water-ejecting through hole.

    Abstract: An exemplary torque testing system includes a first screwdriver, a second screwdriver, a height measuring device, and a processor. The first screwdriver turns the first structure into the second structure using a maximum torque until the depth of the first structure turned into the second structure equals a predetermined minimum depth or the first structure is unable to be turned by the maximum torque. The second screwdriver turns the first structure into the second structure using a minimum torque until the first structure is unable to be turned by the minimum torque. The height measuring device measures the height of the combined first structure and second structure. The processor determines that the engagement between the first structure and the second structure is satisfactory, if the height of the combined first structure and second structure is in a range from a minimum height to a maximum height thereof.

The two buffer slots each are located between the converging lens and the receiving slot, and are configured for allowing two portions of the main body to be bendable, such that precise alignment of the converging lens and the receiving slot is maintained.

    Abstract: A micro-lens array fabrication apparatus includes a first roller, a second roller, a molding member, and a cooling member. The first roller and the second roller revolve cooperatively to position portions of a substrate on the molding member while maintaining a tension on the substrate. The molding member includes a shaft and two caps connected to opposites ends of the shaft. The shaft defines a through hole and rows of molding holes in a lateral surface thereof, and forms heaters in the though hole. The heaters heat up the substrate till molten, and the air is driven to blow the molten substrate into the molding holes and form a row of micro-lens structures on the currently positioned portion of the substrate.

    Abstract: A method of machining a roller utilizes a laser machining system is disclosed. The roller includes a main body and two spindles extending from opposite end surfaces of the main body. The laser machining system includes a laser device, an adjustment device, and a controller. The laser device scans the position of the roller and sends a scanned signal to the controller. The controller analyzes the scanned signal, and if the roller is positioned at the exact position, the controller will send a signal to the laser device, and then the laser device begins to machine the roller. If not, the controller will send a signal to the adjustment device, the adjustment device adjusts the roller to the exact position, then the controller sends a signal to the laser device, and the laser device begins to machine the roller.
