Abstract: An exemplary torque testing system includes a first screwdriver, a second screwdriver, a height measuring device, and a processor. The first screwdriver turns the first structure into the second structure using a maximum torque until the depth of the first structure turned into the second structure equals a predetermined minimum depth or the first structure is unable to be turned by the maximum torque. The second screwdriver turns the first structure into the second structure using a minimum torque until the first structure is unable to be turned by the minimum torque. The height measuring device measures the height of the combined first structure and second structure. The processor determines that the engagement between the first structure and the second structure is satisfactory, if the height of the combined first structure and second structure is in a range from a minimum height to a maximum height thereof.

Abstract: A composite coating apparatus includes a first device configured for forming a nanoscale metal particle layer on an electrically conductive workpiece and a second device configured for forming metallic film on the nanoscale metal particles. The first device includes a Q-switch laser source for providing impulse laser light beams, a first liquid-ejecting member configured for ejecting electrolyte liquid contained therein onto the workpiece, and a first hollow light guide conduit for guiding the impulse laser light beams through the first liquid-ejecting member onto the workpiece. As such, an electrochemical reaction occurs on the workpiece. The electrolyte liquid forms a metal film and is then vibrated into nanoscale particles by the impulse laser light beams.

The fixing tray includes a comprising a first surface and a second surface opposite to the first surface. The water-ejecting device is configured for ejecting water from the water chamber through the water-ejecting through hole. The light incident through hole is configured for introducing a laser beam in the water chamber. The hollow light guide pipe is mounted in the water chamber and aligned with the light incident through hole and the water-ejecting through hole. The light guide pipe is watertight and is configured for receiving and guiding the laser beam from the light incident through hole to the water-ejecting through hole.
