  • Publication number: 20020176227
Abstract: A heat dispensing device includes a base board and a plurality of fins extend from a top of the base board and are arranged in a form of radiation. A fan is connected on the fins and has blades which extend inclinedly toward the fins from a shaft of the fan. The air flow generated by the fan blades reaches a central portion of the top of the base board to bring heat at the central portion of the base board.

  • Publication number: 20020172609
Abstract: A heat dissipation fan has a casing, a stator, a lubricating bushing and a fan. The stator is secured to the casing with a sleeve. The lubricating bushing has lubricant contained therein and is mounted in the sleeve. The fan is rotatably mounted in the casing and has a permanent magnet to be a rotor. A shaft extends from the fan and through a passage defined through the lubricating bushing. A locking disk is securely mounted on the shaft to hold the lubricating bushing. An oil guide is arranged on the lubricating bushing. Accordingly, the air in the cavity can be released from the oil guide during the assembly of the dissipation fan. The oil guide can keep oil from flowing out of the sleeve and drying out the lubricating bushing. The useful life of the dissipation fan is prolonged.

  • Publication number: 20020168277
Abstract: A heat dissipation fan has a casing, two fans and multiple stationary blades. The fans are co-axially rotatably mounted in the casing. Multiple rotating blades are arranged around the outer periphery of each fan. The stationary blades are secured in the casing and between the rotating blades of the two fans. The angle of the rotating blades on both of the fans is the same. The angle of the stationary blades is perpendicular to that of the passing rotating blades. Accordingly, the airflow generated by the dissipation fan will be enhanced with the multiple layers of rotating blades. The stationary blades reverse the direction of the airflow. The dissipating effect of the dissipation fan is further increased.

  • Patent number: 6476526
Abstract: The invention discloses a direct current brushless motor for a fan. The motor has a housing, a stator, and a rotor. The stator has four pole sheets, a sensor installed between two neighboring pole sheets, and a circuit board electronically connected to the sensor. The rotor is installed on a shaft and has a metal cover under the housing and four permanent magnets. The sensor has a sensing window used to sense the magnetic strength of the permanent magnets. The sensor and the sensing window accordingly are offset a certain distance from a point directly above where two neighboring permanent magnets meet to obtain a better activation effect.

  • Publication number: 20020122662
Abstract: A constant speed control circuit for a fan includes a timing control circuit, a signal comparing circuit connected to the timing control circuit, a driving circuit connected to the timing control circuit, and a signal generating circuit. The signal comparing circuit receives an external frequency signal from a frequency generator and a timing signal from the timing control circuit. By comparing the external frequency signal and the timing signal, the signal comparing circuit outputs an correction output signal to the timing control circuit for driving coils of the fan through the driving circuit. The external frequency signal represents an expected rotational speed of the fan, and thus by providing a fixed frequency value, the fan is operated in a constant speed status.
