    Abstract: Embodiments of this application provide a method and an apparatus for reducing co-channel interference, and a base station. The method includes: receiving, by a relay eNodeB ReNB, a propagation delay sent by a donor eNodeB DeNB, where the propagation delay is a delay of propagation between the DeNB and the ReNB; and adjusting, based on the propagation delay, timing parameters for sending uplink data and receiving downlink data by the ReNB, where the timing parameters are delays of the ReNB relative to the DeNB. The DeNB is used as a reference for the propagation delay between the DeNB and the ReNB, to delay timing of receiving the downlink data by the ReNB; and advance timing of sending the uplink data by the ReNB.

    Abstract: A smart switch allows distributed generators to “ride through” non-three-phase faults by very quickly detecting a non-three-phase phase fault, locating the fault, identifying the “responsive sectionalizer switches” that will be involved in clearing or isolating the fault, and selecting one of the responsive sectionalizer switches to direct back-feed tie switch operations. The responsive sectionalizer switches trip only the faulted phase(s), and the selected sectionalizer switch instructs a back-feed tie switch to close to back-feed the distributed generators prior to conducting the typical fault response operation. This typically occurs within about three cycles, and is completed before the normal fault clearing and isolation procedures, which momentarily disconnect all three phases to the distributed generators from the normally connected feeder breaker.

As the terminal holder (38) is tightly fitted with the battery pack (26) but at the same time loosely fitted with the tool housing, chances of generating sparks or electric arc between the metal terminals can be minimized.

Determine whether a light reflection related parameter of the invisible light sensed frame is within a predetermined range is determined only according to the invisible light sensed frame. When the light reflection related parameter is within the predetermined range, the object to be identified is determined to be a real face.

    Abstract: A voltage-to-time converter (VTC) for a time-domain analog-to-digital converter is disclosed, which provides a time-domain analog-to-digital converter (T-ADC) with low power consumption and high precision. By combining the advantages of current-starving technology, current mirror technology, and body biasing technology, compared with the traditional structure, the VTC and T-ADC achieve excellent performance, such as low power consumption, high linearity, wide input dynamic range, and strong anti-interference to PVT variations. Compared with the traditional voltage-to-time converter, the disclosed voltage-to-time converter has a wider input dynamic range and higher linearity. The input voltage is connected to transistors in the circuit as a body bias, resulting in a very small body current, and no apparent increase in power consumption. The design of a low-power voltage-to-time converter is realized.
