    Abstract: A stacked electrical connector includes a first insulator and a second insulator mounted together. The first insulator includes a first connector and a receiving opening under a bottom wall of the first connector. The second insulator includes a second connector and a top wall. The bottom wall of the first connector includes a first retention member and the top wall of the second insulator defines a second retention member for mating with the first retention member. The first retention member is a protrusion or a dovetail shaped recess, and the second retention member is a rest of the protrusion or the dovetail shaped recess. The protrusion has an upper narrow section and a lower wide section under a condition that when the protrusion is received in the dovetail shaped recess, a movement therebetween can be prevented.

    Abstract: A voltage regulator as a stable power supply to internal circuits in a semiconductor memory device is provided. This regulator includes a comparing unit, a first driver transistor, a feedback unit, an auxiliary control unit, a first switch, a second switch, and a second driver transistor. The comparing unit compares a reference voltage with a feedback signal to control the first driver transistor and maintain the internal power supply at a stable level. The second driver transistor, controlled by the first and second switches responsive to a trigger signal corresponding abrupt current consumptions and the auxiliary control unit responsive to the comparing result, supplies sufficient and appropriate current to the internal circuits and prevents the internal power supply from excessive overshoot and drop-out.

The buffer ring contacts with the ceramic ring, and has a top surface higher than that of the ceramic ring so that a wafer can be placed on the top surface of the buffer ring without contacting the ceramic ring. The thermal conductivity coefficient of the buffer ring is smaller than that of the ceramic ring. The product of thermal conductivity coefficient and top surface area of the buffer ring is also smaller than that of the ceramic ring.

The display housing and keypad are sized and connected so that the display housing can rest on the edges of the pages of a book while the keypad is placed between two pages of a closed book. The keys of the keypad are incorporated onto the surface of the keypad such that they do not raise above the general surface of the keypad. The keys of the keypad include multiple function keys that select among dictionary, clock, calculator, schedule/alarm and help features. Additional keys are used for data input including cursor keys, a QWERTY arrangement of alphanumeric keys, and auxiliary keys. Several keys serve dual purposes for use with the various functions of the device.
