The output shaft may be slidably coupled with the input shaft and the idler shaft to rotate in a first direction in a first position and in a second opposite direction in a second position. A method of reversing an output shaft direction using a gear shifter may include the steps of pushing the gear shifter in a first direction to rotate the output shaft in a first direction and pushing the gear shifter in a second direction to rotate the output shaft in a second direction.

A 3D memory unit is formed on a first region of a substrate. A first insulation layer is formed on the first region and a second region of the substrate. A first planarization process is performed to the first insulation layer. The top surface of the first insulation layer on the first region and the top surface of the first insulation layer on the second region are coplanar after the first planarization process. A peripheral circuit is formed on the second region after the first planarization process. The influence of the process for forming the 3D memory unit on the peripheral circuit may be avoided. The manufacturing yield, the electrical performance, and the reliability of the 3D memory structure may be enhanced accordingly.

    Abstract: The present invention provides a mutant with enhanced secretion of L-asparaginase and its application, which relates to the field of enzyme engineering. This invention successfully constructed a mutant with enhanced secretion of L-asparaginase through N-terminal deletion on amino acid sequence of L-asparaginase, and then expressed the mutant via a recombinant strain. Compared with the wild L-asparaginase, the secretion ability of L-asparaginase mutant in present invention significantly improves by 3.14 times compared to that of wild type. The recombinant strain that constructed in this prevention has an L-asparaginase yield of 407.6 U/mL and a production efficiency of 9.26 U/(mL/h), which reaches to the highest yield been reported.

The layout supports client switching between different bitrates at segment boundaries. Optimized client-side rate control of streaming content can be provided by defining a plurality of states, selecting available paths based on constraint conditions, and selecting a best path through the states (e.g., based on a distortion measure). In one client-side rate control solution states correspond to a specific bitrate of a specific streaming segment, and in another client-side rate control solution states correspond to a measure of client buffer fullness.
