    Abstract: The present invention provides a substrate supporting apparatus having a spin chuck and a plurality of locating pins. The spin chuck configured to support and rotate a substrate has a supporting surface. The locating pins are disposed at the periphery of the supporting surface for limiting the substrate horizontal displacement. The supporting surface defines a first annular region. The first annular region is divided into a plurality of pin regions and a plurality of non-pin regions. The pin regions and the non-pin regions are arranged alternatively in a circumferential direction of the first annular region. Each of the pin regions is corresponding to one locating pin. A plurality of Bernoulli holes are set in the first annular region and is configured as an uneven structure in the first annular region so as to supply stronger gas flow in the pin regions than in the non-pin regions.

The first area may comprise a plurality of entries. The plurality of entries may be indexed by addresses of a plurality of blocks of uncompressed data. Each of the plurality of entries comprises a first part configured to store metadata and a second part configured to store compressed data. Each of the plurality blocks of uncompressed data may be compressed individually to generate a plurality of compressed blocks. Metadata and at least a portion of compressed data associated with each of the plurality of compressed blocks may be stored in one of the plurality of entries based on an address of a corresponding block of uncompressed data. A second area may be created in the backend solid state drive for storing the rest of the compressed data.

Traffic is directed to an intensive insert/update/delete (IUD) processor in response to the activity threshold exceeding a configured threshold. A plurality of temporary shards is generated along with an adaptive key and adaptive index in the plurality of temporary shards. The intensive IUD processor traffic is re-directed to the plurality of temporary shards while the activity threshold exceeds the configured threshold.

    Abstract: A transformer comprises a winding structure which forms a primary side coil, a secondary side coil and first and second wires wound into the coil structure of the transformer. The first wire and second wire define a capacitance between them. The first wire is coupled to a cold point in the primary side and the second wire is coupled to a cold point in the secondary side, thereby this capacitance forming a Y-capacitor between the primary and the secondary sides. This capacitance may for example be used for EMI suppression.

    Abstract: An inertia braking test system and a control method is provided, wherein the inertia braking test system is composed of an inertia brake test system, a sensor system and a tested object. An actuating device is connected with the inertia brake control device through a ball stud. The actuation function of the inertia brake control device with two degrees of freedom along the front-and-rear direction and the up-and-down direction of the vehicle is realized. The movable chassis realizes the mobile function of the system. The acceleration sensor can sense the acceleration of the movable chassis. Each force is tested by the first force sensor, the second force sensor and the third force sensor. The displacement data is measured by the first displacement sensor and the second displacement sensor, so that a movable brake system test is achieved.

The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) preparing a peanut protein dispersion, adding a transglutaminase thereto, performing a cross-linking reaction under a water bath condition, and heating up to obtain a monolithic gel; continuing to add water to the monolithic gel, shearing the resultant at a high speed, homogenizing at a high pressure, performing ultrasonication, and adjusting pH to obtain a microgel particle dispersion; (2) adding a trans-resveratrol/glycoside to an edible oil in the dark, stirring well, continuing to add the microgel particle dispersion obtained in step (1), and shearing the resultant at a high speed to obtain a high internal-phase Pickering emulsion, i.e. a margarine substitute loaded with trans-resveratrol/glycoside.

    Abstract: A method for preparing a Pickering emulsion using a peanut protein isolate includes preparing a peanut protein isolate dispersion liquid from a peanut protein isolate solution as a raw material; preparing a mixed dispersion of protein and polysaccharide using a polysaccharide solution and the peanut protein isolate dispersion; adding transglutaminase to the mixed dispersion of protein and polysaccharide, preparing a monolithic gel by cross-linking reaction; preparing a microgel particle dispersion by using the monolithic gel as a raw material; and further adding the microgel particle dispersion to an edible oil to obtain a Pickering emulsion. During the preparation process, no inorganic material is added, and the obtained Pickering emulsion has good biosafety and strong biocompatibility. The prepared Pickering emulsion can keep stable at room temperature for 30 days or more, and can be used as a delivery system for fat-soluble and photosensitive active substances.
