    Abstract: The present invention relates to an optical communication system and an optical transmission device. By changing the ratio between the first segment and the segment or/and the amplitude of the second segment, the digital signal is modulated and transmitted in the form of an optical signal. Then a solar panel, which is used as the receiver for the optical signal, can receive the optical signal and give directly the one or more digital signal without demodulation. Thereby, the costs of using a solar panel as the optical receiver may be reduced and the transmission rate may be enhanced.

The perimeter pixel region is disposed along a perimeter of the central pixel region and includes perimeter pixel units that increase a brightness of the image along edges of the central pixel region to mask gaps around the array of display pixels when tiling the array of display pixels with other arrays of display pixels.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to an intelligent wind turbine generator, which comprises a first blade module, a second blade module, a power generating module, and a control module. The second blade module is disposed at the first blade module. The power generating module is connected with the first and second blade modules. The control module is connected with the power generating module, the first blade module, and the second blade module. The first and second blade modules rotate, driving the power generating module to generate power. The control module detects a voltage value generated by the power generating module and judges if the voltage value is greater or lower than a predetermined value. The control module controls whether the first and second blade modules overlap or not. The intelligent wind turbine generator is able to switch automatically the blade number of the wind turbine generator.

R1, R2, R3, R4 and R5 are the same or different, including hydrogen, C1-8 alkyl, and C1-8 alkoxy, or two of R1, R2, R3, R4 and R5 are linked together to form a ring. X1, X2 and X3 are a cyclic group, hydrogen, chlorine, bromine, alkyl or alkoxy, wherein when one of X1, X2 and X3 is a cyclic group, and the others are the same or different, including hydrogen, chlorine, bromine, alkyl or alkoxy. The invention also provides a selective hydrogenation process utilizing the catalyst system.
