Abstract: A semiconductor device includes an active fin on a substrate, a gate electrode and intersecting the active fin, gate spacer layers on both side walls of the gate electrode, and a source/drain region in a recess region of the active fin at at least one side of the gate electrode. The source/drain region may include a base layer in contact with the active fin, and having an inner end and an outer end opposing each other in the first direction on an inner sidewall of the recess region. The source/drain region may include a first layer on the base layer. The first layer may include germanium (Ge) having a concentration higher than a concentration of germanium (Ge) included in the base layer. The outer end of the base layer may contact the first layer, and may have a shape convex toward outside of the gate electrode on a plane.

A power supply device according to the disclosure is disposed so as to be spaced apart from a display device and supplies power to the display device, and includes a first power supplier which supplies power to the display device through a cable in a wired manner, a second power supplier which supplies power to the display device in a wireless manner, a detector for detecting whether the power supply device is connected to the display device through the cable, and a processor configured to control the second power supplier in a state in which the display device and the power supply device are disconnected, such that power is supplied in the wireless manner, and control the first power supplier based on detecting connection between the display device and the power supply device, such that power is supplied in the wired manner.

The adaptor includes a contact pin which comes into contact with a signal pin of the cable, a first member which is conductive and disposed inside and coupled to the contact pin, a second member disposed outside and coupled to the contact pin, and a third member which is conductive and disposed outside the second member. Here, the contact pin includes a first body coupled to the second member, a first contact portion which is conductive and extends from one side of the first body to come into contact with the signal pin, and a second contact portion which extends from the other side of the first body and comes into contact with an object being tested.
