Abstract: An imaging device according to the present disclosure includes: a clock signal generator; a plurality of light-receiving pixels; a plurality of gate circuits; and a plurality of counters. The clock signal generator supplies a first clock signal to a clock signal path. The plurality of light-receiving pixels is provided side by side in the first direction and grouped into a plurality of pixel groups in the first direction. The plurality of light-receiving pixels each includes a light-receiving circuit, a comparison circuit, and a latch circuit. The comparison circuit performs a comparison operation on the basis of a pixel signal and a reference signal having a ramp waveform. The latch circuit latches a time code on the basis of a result of comparison. The plurality of gate circuits is each configured to output a signal in a clock signal path as a second clock signal. The plurality of gate circuits each controls, on the basis of a control signal, whether or not to output the second clock signal.

  • Publication number: 20220178972
Abstract: A current sensor includes a bus bar in which current to be measured flows and a magnetic sensor for detecting a magnetic field generated by the current flowing in the bus bar. The bus bar includes a bypass bus bar having a cylindrical structure and a sensing bus bar disposed in a hollow area surrounded by the bypass bus bar. The magnetic sensor is disposed in the hollow area. An area having a zero magnetic field is formed in the hollow area of the bypass bus bar. Thus, by disposing the sensing bus bar in the zero magnetic field area, it is possible to accurately measure the amount of current flowing in the bus bar while preventing saturation of the magnetic sensor even when the current flowing in the bus bar is large.

  • Patent number: 10424776
Abstract: Using the generally used coating method of an active material paste to a metal foil on a 3DF made the electrode properties instable due to residual air inside of the 3DF, and had the risk of causing micro short circuit of the battery due to metal fine powder and the like adhered to the 3DF and the 3DF exposed to the electrode surface. To solve the above-mentioned, the coating of the active material paste to the 3DF was made into a two-step coating process as shown below. Step one removes the air and fills the paste at the same time by applying the paste flow from one side of the 3DF (the first step coating process). Step two coats a new paste onto the surface of the electrode obtained by step one (the second step coating process).

  • Patent number: 8555615
Abstract: In a control method of an internal combustion engine exhaust gas control system which is applied to a hybrid vehicle that is powered by an internal combustion engine and an electric motor, an exhaust throttle valve, provided downstream of an exhaust gas control catalyst, is controlled to reduce its opening amount to a target opening amount when it is determined that warm-up control of the internal combustion engine needs to be executed. Next, a target injection quantity of fuel necessary to increase the temperature of exhaust gas flowing into the internal combustion engine to a target exhaust gas temperature is calculated. Then, assist torque from the electric motor is adjusted so that the sum of torque from the internal combustion engine when the fuel injection quantity has been set to the target injection quantity and the assist torque substantially equals a required torque.
