By the aforementioned configuration, the infusion flow regulator for the fluid can accurately regulate the flow rate even in a region where the flow rate of the fluid is very small.

In addition, since the peptide treatment shows a notably distinct therapeutic effect in mouse models with cancer, the peptide may be effectively used in a pharmaceutical composition or functional food for preventing or treating cancer.
