  • Patent number: 11925447
Abstract: A method and system including a monitoring device to detect, during a session, a set of radar signals associated with first respiratory-related movements of a first person and second respiratory-related movements of a second person located within a detection zone comprising at least a portion of a bed. The method and system dynamically generate an out-of-bed zone adjacent to a side of the bed. The out-of-bed zone is monitored to detect motion within the zone to determine when the first person exits and enters the bed. The method and system identify a portion of the set of radar signals collected during a time period when the first person is determined to be out of the bed. The identified portion of the set of radar signals is removed from the set of radar signals collected during the sleep session.

  • Publication number: 20240067957
Abstract: Genetic circuits that control transgene expression in response to pre-defined transcriptional cues would enable the development of smart therapeutics. The present disclosure relates to engineered programmable single-transcript RNA sensors in which adenosine deaminases acting on RNA (ADARs) autocatalytically convert trigger hybridization into a translational output. This system amplifies the signal from editing by endogenous ADAR through a positive feedback loop. Amplification is mediated by the expression of a hyperactive, minimal ADAR variant and its recruitment to the edit site via an orthogonal RNA targeting mechanism. This topology confers high dynamic range, low background, minimal off-target effects, and a small genetic footprint. The circuits and systems disclosed herein leverage an ability to detect single nucleotide polymorphisms and modulate translation in response to endogenous transcript levels in mammalian cells.

Abstract: Methods, systems, apparatuses, and computer-readable storage mediums are described for rendering document changes. A first document is rendered in a client user interface (UI) based at least on a first intermediate format representation obtained from a server. A change initiator receives a request for a change to the first document and transmits information indicative of the change to the server. A client renderer selectively modifies a portion of the first intermediate format representation at the client based on the change and renders a modified first document in the UI based at least on the modified first intermediate format representation. The client renderer obtains a second intermediate format representation from the server, where the second intermediate format representation comprises an intermediate format representation generated through processing an updated document definition. The client renderer renders the second document in the UI based at least on the second intermediate format representation.
