  • Publication number: 20230172181
Abstract: A roller assembly for guiding lines. The roller assembly includes a shaft adapted to couple to a receiving area of the line guide, and a roller rotatably coupled to the shaft and including grooves adapted to respectively receive guide lines. A distance between an outer surface of the roller and a surface of the receiving area may be less than a thickness of the lines.

  • Patent number: 11497204
Abstract: A mount including a base and a handle. The base is capable of releasably coupling to a pole, for example outrigger poles, fishing rods, and shade poles. A handle of the mount can be loosened to allow the base to be rotated to position the pole in a desired extended direction. When the handle is tightened, the base is restricted from rotating.

  • Patent number: 11406093
Abstract: A coupling assembly to releasably couple two or more tubes together. The tubes can be assembled and disassembled with conventional hand tools. A line or cable can be routed through the tubes. The coupling assembly can prevent snagging of lines on the exterior of the tubes. The coupling assembly can flex with the tubes under load, and the line can be fed through the coupling assembly without snagging.

  • Patent number: 11293466
Abstract: An end adapter including first and second wedges and an expanding portion. The end adapter is capable of releasably coupling an accessory, for example outrigger poles, fishing rods, shade poles, etc., to a mount. The expanding portion can be axially compressed, which causes radial expansion, to retain the end adapter and the accessory in the mount.

  • Patent number: 10709125
Abstract: A combination cup and rod holder with an installation that does not require fasteners to be passed through a head of the holder. The combination cup and rod holder includes a holder portion with a head, a cup holder portion extending from the head, a tube, and a threaded portion extending at an angle from the cup holder portion. The combination cup and rod holder may also include a support that allows a force applied along the axis of the tube to affect a bottom of an installation surface parallel to the head, and a nut with threads that mate with the threaded portion. This allows the combination cup and rod holder to be used with a variable installation thickness.

  • Patent number: 10697214
Abstract: A latch that is waterproof or water-resistant so as to resist the entry of water through the latch. The latch can be a slam latch having a pawl with a shaft. A sealing element, for example, a collar and/or an O-ring, can be placed around the shaft of the pawl to resist water from entering through the latch. The pawl can also enclose the cavity in which the latch handle is maintained so water cannot enter through the cavity. Other measures, such as a gasket and selective welding, can also be implemented to improve the water-resistance of the latch.

  • Patent number: 10575512
Abstract: An outrigger clamp to couple together two or more nestable tubes. The clamp includes a guide for retaining filament, and an attachment point for receiving accessories without interfering with the filament and guides. The guide and attachment point can rotate about an axis based on the forces applied to the outrigger to better align the filament and guides, and therefore align the forces applied to the outrigger and filament. The retainer can be, for example, one or more rollers that help prevent the filament from becoming creased or kinked during use.

  • Patent number: 9743653
Abstract: A drain system having a body adjustably coupled to a drain. The body can be rotated along its threads and engage a seal in the drain to substantially prevent water from flowing out of the drain. When rotated the opposite direction, the body can be spaced from the seal and allow water to flow out of the drain. The drain can also include holes that allow water to flow into the drain when the body is rotated so as to be spaced from the seal.

  • Patent number: 9625087
Abstract: A mount capable of rotating a body in multiple planes with a single handle. The handle can be disposed in a first position, where rotation of the handle causes the body to rotate in a horizontal plane; or a second position, where rotation of the handle causes the body to rotate in a vertical plane. The body can otherwise be locked and not rotatable.
