Abstract: A method of address resolution broadcasting in a networked device is provided. The method includes receiving, at a switch fabric of the networked device, an address resolution request from one of a plurality of nodes of the networked device and substituting, as a source address, a cluster MAC address for a MAC address of the one of the plurality of nodes in the address resolution request. The method includes sending the address resolution request over a network and receiving, at the switch fabric, an address resolution reply over the network. The method includes substituting, as a destination address, an address for transmission to each of the plurality of nodes for the cluster MAC address in the address resolution reply, and transmitting the address resolution reply to the plurality of nodes.

Abstract: A method of resetting a stateful connection in a storage cluster with stateless load-balancing is provided. The method includes receiving a packet associated with a stateful connection between a client and a first storage node of the storage cluster. The method includes sending a reset packet from a second storage node to the client, through a stateless load balancer, responsive to the second storage node failing to recognize the packet associated with the stateful connection between the client and the first storage node, wherein the client resets the stateful connection responsive to receiving the reset packet. The method includes sending further reset packets from the load balancer to a plurality of storage nodes of the storage cluster, responsive to receiving, at the load balancer, the reset packet from the second storage node, wherein the plurality of storage nodes reset stateful connection information responsive to receiving the further reset packets.

Abstract: In one implementation, congestion in a satellite communications network is managed based on current resource usage information received for a primary satellite servicing a terminal that is requesting to initiate a communications session. The current resource usage information is received within a communications session setup procedure that identifies a type of the communications session being requested by the terminal. Resources for serving the communications session are determined based on the type of the communications session being requested by the terminal. Thereafter, a determination is made as to whether sufficient resources are available at the primary satellite for servicing the communications session. In response to determining that sufficient resources are not available at the primary satellite for servicing the communications session, a congestion mitigation strategy is determined for servicing the communications session and sent to the primary satellite for implementation.

In accordance with one aspect of the framework, an external schema is generated to pair with an existing company schema in a database. The company schema may own data stored in the database. One or more access-control views that expose one or more subsets of the data may further be generated. The external schema may be granted access to the one or more access-control views. Synonyms may be created to rename access-control views, so that the synonyms share common names with corresponding database objects accessible via the company schema. External users may then access the data visible to them via the synonyms that are used to alias the access-control views.

Abstract: A method for secure file sharing comprises a sender encrypting content using a dynamic key and uploading the encrypted content and a share link which is sent to a server. The server stores the encrypted content until a request to decrypt the content is received from a receiver. The receiver selects the share link and decrypts the content using a partial dynamic key. Once content is decrypted, a download link is sent and decrypted content is conveyed to the receiver.

Abstract: A transmission in a vehicle includes a gearbox and a differential. Torque is transferred from an output of the gearbox to an input of the differential via a drive member. This transfers torque to enable the differential to distribute the torque amongst wheels of the vehicle. A transmission housing and a torque converter housing are mounted to one another to at least partially house the gearbox and the differential, respectively. A transmission fluid sump is provided between the housings where transmission fluid gathers. A fluid pump pressurizes the fluid and distributes it amongst working parts in the transmission. A baffle assembly partially contains the drive member and segregates the fluid sump from the drive member. One of the baffles in the assembly includes a lip engaging a portion of an outer flange of the pump to provide a seal between the fluid pump and components within the transmission.

Abstract: A system and method for associating Signaling System 7 logical circuits and bearer channels are presented. The system may include an event detector configured to receive an SS7 signaling message on an SS7 signaling link, parse a logical circuit from the SS7 signaling message, receive an SS7 bearer channel, and detect a bearer channel event on the SS7 bearer channel. A statistical learning model block is configured to calculate a correlation confidence value between said bearer channel and said logical circuit. The method may include parsing a logical circuit ID from a signaling message on an SS7 signal link, identifying a bearer channel associated with a bearer event on a bearer circuit, and calculating a current correlation confidence value between the logical circuit ID and the bearer channel.

The nonvolatile memory controller transmits the completion status to a host processing unit for storage in a completion queue of the host processing unit. An interrupt manager in the nonvolatile memory controller determines the completion queue contains an unprocessed completion status and generates an interrupt message packet. The nonvolatile memory controller transmits the interrupt message packet to the host processing unit for triggering an interrupt in the host processing unit and alerting the host processing unit to the unprocessed completion status.

Abstract: A user configured measurement display system and method for a non-destructive testing device and instrument (NDT/NDI) with high input data rate is disclosed. The system and the method provide the means for NDT/NDI instruments display measurement values that satisfies user designated measurement criterion occurring during any measurement time intervals (MTIs). The present disclosure overcomes the shortcomings of conventional ways of picking and displaying measurement values at fixed MTIs, by which the values truly satisfying the measurement criterion that occurs at random MTIs (other than scheduled MTIs) are often skipped.
