Abstract: A method of forming a memory cell includes forming an outer electrode material elevationally over and directly against a programmable material. The programmable material and the outer electrode material contact one another along an interface. Protective material is formed elevationally over the outer electrode material. Dopant is implanted through the protective material into the outer electrode material and the programmable material and across the interface to enhance adhesion of the outer electrode material and the programmable material relative one another across the interface. Memory cells are also disclosed.

Abstract: A method of forming capacitors includes providing a support material over a substrate. The support material is at least one of semiconductive or conductive. Openings are formed into the support material. The openings include at least one of semiconductive or conductive sidewalls. An insulator is deposited along the semiconductive and/or conductive opening sidewalls. A pair of capacitor electrodes having capacitor dielectric there-between is formed within the respective openings laterally inward of the deposited insulator. One of the pair of capacitor electrodes within the respective openings is laterally adjacent the deposited insulator. Other aspects are disclosed, including integrated circuitry independent of method of manufacture.

Abstract: Systems and methods for synchronizing mobility management (MM) data between a CS domain and a PS domain. In one embodiment, a visitor location database of the CS domain stores MM data for a mobile device. If the visitor location database updates MM data for the mobile device to add an association for an MM node for mobility management, then the visitor location database determines if a prior association existed with another MM node. If so, the visitor location database removes the prior association with the other MM node, and transmits a release indicator to the other MM node indicating that the association has been removed. In response to the release indicator, the other MM node removes an association with the visitor location database, and the MM data for the mobile device is synchronized between the CS domain and the PS domain.

Abstract: A network-side Idle-State Signaling Reduction (ISR) control capability is presented. The network-side ISR control capability supports network-side ISR handling under various conditions. The network-side ISR handling may be provided by supporting an ISR status for a User Equipment (UE) on a network node and controlling modification of the ISR status for the UE on the network node under various conditions. The control over modification of the ISR status for the UE on the network node may include maintaining the state of the ISR status for the UE on the network node in its current state when a condition associated with the UE is detected. The condition may be a deactivation of a context of the UE, a modification of a context of the UE, a switching of an access mode of the UE, or the like.

Abstract: A self-standing animal shaped purse incorporates an animal shaped cover having a head, fore legs, hind legs and a tail. A purse liner provides an open volume for carrying personal items and is suspended within the animal shaped cover. A zipper or similar closure is provided for access to the liner. An articulating element movably supports the fore legs and head and a second articulating element movably supports the hind legs and tail. In an exemplary embodiment, the articulating elements are Y-shaped members with multiple ball and socket joints arranged on each of the elements of the Y.

Abstract: A suspended resist bridge suitable for lithographically patterning MR sensors having trackwidths narrower than 0.2 micron is fabricated using the method of the present invention. First, PMGI is spun onto a substrate to form a first thin resist layer. Next, PMMA is spun onto the first resist layer to form a second resist layer. The PMMA layer is exposed to an electron beam to pattern the trackwidth of the MR sensors. E-beam exposed PMMA is then developed in an IPA solution. The resist structure is then placed in a basic solution for dissolving PMGI, which results in a fully undercut resist bridge that is used for patterning the MR sensors.
