    Abstract: A cable straightening device includes a plurality of cable straightening units connected in series. Each of the cable straightening units includes a base, a pair of rows of rollers mounted on the base and cooperating with each other to define a pressing path extending in a row direction, and a mounting frame disposed on at least one end of a pair of opposite ends of the base in the row direction. A cable is pressed by the rows of rollers while passing through the pressing path. Any two adjacent cable straightening units are assembled together at the mounting frame of each so that center lines of the pressing paths of two adjacent cable straightening units are aligned with each other.

    Abstract: A medical device, such as an extra-cardiovascular implantable cardioverter defibrillator (ICD), senses R-waves from a first cardiac electrical signal by a first sensing channel and stores a time segment of a second cardiac electrical signal acquired by a second sensing channel in response to each sensed R-wave. The ICD determines morphology match scores from the stored time segments of the second cardiac electrical signal and, based on the morphology match scores, withholds detection of a tachyarrhythmia episode. In some examples, the ICD detects T-wave oversensing based on the morphology match scores and withholds detection of a tachyarrhythmia episode in response to detecting the T-wave oversensing.

    Abstract: A medical device is configured to detect an atrial tachyarrhythmia episode. The device senses a cardiac signal, identifies R-waves in the cardiac signal attendant ventricular depolarizations and determines classification factors from the R-waves identified over a predetermined time period. The device classifies the predetermined time period as one of unclassified, atrial tachyarrhythmia and non-atrial tachyarrhythmia by comparing the determined classification factors to classification criteria. A classification criterion is adjusted from a first classification criterion to a second classification criterion after at least one time period being classified as atrial tachyarrhythmia. An atrial tachyarrhythmia episode is detected by the device in response to at least one subsequent time period being classified as atrial tachyarrhythmia based on the adjusted classification criterion.

With two universal tools moving along the designed toolpath on the both sides of the part, the process is very flexible. Process time is can also be reduced by utilizing an accumulative double-sided incremental hole-flanging strategy, in which the flange is formed in only one step.
