    Abstract: A preparation method of an anti-PD-1/PD-L1 monoclonal antibody (mAb)-induced autoimmune myocarditis model is provided, including: mediating a model with adeno-associated virus 9 (AAV9) to achieve the high expression of PDL1 in a myocardial tissue, and applying an anti-PD-1/PD-L1 mAb to the model with high PDL1 expression in the myocardial tissue for modeling. The present disclosure also provides use of an animal model prepared by the preparation method. The model prepared by the present disclosure truly simulates the pathogenesis and clinical course of autoimmune myocarditis in a patient administered with an anti-PD1/PD-L1 mAb, is close to a pathophysiological status of a clinical patient, has a high modeling rate, and can be dynamically monitored.

    Abstract: A collector 2-cyano-N-(substituted carbamoyl)acetamide compound in flotation of calcium-bearing minerals and a highly selective flotation reagent for the calcium-bearing minerals are provided. The highly selective flotation reagent includes the 2-cyano-N-(substituted carbamoyl)acetamide compound and an auxiliary collector. The 2-cyano-N-(substituted carbamoyl)acetamide compound has an excellent effect on flotation separation of the calcium-bearing minerals and a foaming performance. Dosage is further reduced and a flotation performance is improved by compounding the compound with the auxiliary collector. The flotation reagent can preferably separate fluorite from calcite by flotation, efficiently separates the fluorite and the calcite from scheelite under neutral condition (pH is about 7), effectively purifies rough scheelite concentrate and improves grade of scheelite concentrate. Meanwhile, the neutral flotation reduces influence on the environment.

    Abstract: A medical device is configured to detect an atrial tachyarrhythmia episode. The device senses a cardiac signal, identifies R-waves in the cardiac signal attendant ventricular depolarizations and determines classification factors from the R-waves identified over a predetermined time period. The device classifies the predetermined time period as one of unclassified, atrial tachyarrhythmia and non-atrial tachyarrhythmia by comparing the determined classification factors to classification criteria. A classification criterion is adjusted from a first classification criterion to a second classification criterion after at least one time period being classified as atrial tachyarrhythmia. An atrial tachyarrhythmia episode is detected by the device in response to at least one subsequent time period being classified as atrial tachyarrhythmia based on the adjusted classification criterion.

A previous PLC can be set as the threshold value, where the previous PLC was used by a previous programming operation and was collected after the memory cell was programmed successfully to a previous target logic state.
