    Abstract: A quick connection mechanism includes a truncated-cone-shaped quick release plate, a base, and a locking structure. A tapered clamping groove is provided in a larger bottom surface of the quick release plate. A sliding groove is provided in the base, and the quick release plate is clamped in the sliding groove. The locking structure is configured to fix the quick release plate that enters the sliding groove. The locking structure includes a rotating shaft, a locking arm rotatably provided on the rotating shaft, and a first elastic member connected to the locking arm and configured to apply, to the locking arm, a force in a direction for locking the quick release plate. One end of the locking arm abuts against an inner side wall of the clamping groove and is configured to enable locking of the quick release plate in the sliding groove by the abutment.

When transmission quality of a service flow with a higher priority does not meet a service level requirement corresponding to the service flow, a first network device adjusts, to a first threshold, a transmission rate threshold of an HQoS model for a service flow with a lower priority, where the first threshold is less than a current data transmission rate of the service flow with a lower priority. By performing traffic shaping on the service flow with a lower priority, a bandwidth resource of a downlink port of the first network device may give way to the service flow with a higher priority, to ensure that the service flow with a higher priority meets the service level requirement of the service flow with a higher priority.

A first polarized feeder and a second polarized feeder are disposed on the feeder layer. The ground plate may have both a “ground” function of a polarized feeder and a “ground” function of a balun. The first polarized feeder and the second polarized feeder can implement both a function of a polarized feeder of the radiation surface and a function of a balun feeder.

In the method, for a first packet flow used as an elephant flow, a network device may receive a plurality of packets of the first packet flow, and determine a characteristic parameter of the first packet flow based on the plurality of packets, where the characteristic parameter of the first packet flow is used to indicate a transmission latency of the first packet flow. After determining the characteristic parameter of the first packet flow, the network device determines a forwarding policy of the first packet flow based on the characteristic parameter of the first packet flow. The forwarding policy of the first packet flow is used to indicate latency sensitivity of the first packet flow.

The dual control algorithm includes first and second control algorithms, each of which is executed independently whenever certain one or more trigger events occur. The first control algorithm is used for obtaining one or more User Equipment (UE) clusters and a Key Performance Indicator (KPI) requirement for each UE cluster based on UE information, while the second control algorithm is used for obtaining optimized radio configuration parameters for each UE cluster in accordance with the KPI requirement. The second control algorithm is also configured to monitor its performance and, if its performance degrades, send an associated signal to the first control algorithm. The occurrence of such a signal is among the trigger events that cause the execution of the first control algorithm.
