Further, a first amount of the fluid entering a first interior space through an inlet opening flows to a third interior space with a first velocity and a first direction. Further, portions of a second amount of the fluid flows into the third interior space through second openings with a second velocity and second directions. Further, the fluid flows from the third interior space with a third velocity and a cyclonic flow pattern for exiting through an outlet opening based on interacting of the portions of the second amount of the fluid with the first amount of the fluid.

    Abstract: A bladeless cooling light includes an airflow assembly, a light assembly, and a housing. The airflow assembly includes an air circulation assembly positioned within the housing and an air passage structure connected to the housing, wherein the air circulation assembly draws air through the housing into the air passage structure. The air passage structure has a separation wall that delineates the air passage structure into an inflow air channel and an outflow air channel to improve the airflow through the air passage structure. A cone-tip hole grid and a wired heater within the air passage structure further improve airflow characteristics; the cone-tip hole grid constricts the flow, while the wired heater increases internal pressure by heating the air. The lighting assembly is mounted to the housing with the air passage structure being positioned around the lighting assembly, such that the light and expelled airflow are projected in the same direction.

    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to semiconductor devices and discloses a method for operating a flash memory. When a read operation is performed on a flash memory unit, a potential of a first control line connected to gates of select gate PMOS transistors located in a same row is switched from a positive supply voltage to 0V. Since it is not required to switch the potential from a positive voltage to a negative voltage, the power consumption of the pump circuit is significantly reduced. In addition, a read current of the flash memory unit selected for reading can accurately represent the status of the unit being read thanks to the appropriate settings of the gate oxide layer thickness and the threshold voltage of the select gate PMOS transistor. Furthermore, high-voltage devices are removed from the read path and only low-voltage devices are used, so that the reading speed can be significantly improved during the read operation.

    Abstract: A driver circuit integrated light emitting diode (LED) module is a device that is designed for installation into a conventional lighting fixture and as a replacement for a conventional lighting device such as an incandescent lightbulb. Incoming alternating current (AC) power is converted to usable direct current (DC) power by a rectifier prior to entering the PCB. A control module is used to regulate the current through the plurality of LEDs, allowing the device to be utilized in conjunction with a dimmer switch or similar device. The device is connected to mains electricity and/or to an external electronic device via an at least one electrical connector cable. Flickering is prevented by a uniform power regulating capacitor. The device is installed into an existing lighting fixture via an at least one mounting magnet.
