The apparatus includes a substrate, one or more insulation portions, a first plurality of interconnect traces, a second plurality of interconnect traces, and a plurality of sensors disposed on the substrate. The second plurality of interconnect traces is disposed over the first plurality of interconnect traces and intersects at a plurality of locations to form a matrix of interconnect junctions across one or more locations of the substrate. A respective sensor is electrically coupled to a respective trace of the first and second plurality of interconnect traces. The respective sensor is individually readable by addressing the respective trace of the first and second plurality of interconnect traces.

    Abstract: The present disclosure generally relates to methods for processing of substrates, and more particularly relates to methods for forming a metal gapfill. In one implementation, the method includes forming a metal gapfill in an opening using a multi-step process. The multi-step process includes forming a first portion of the metal gapfill, performing a sputter process to form one or more layers on one or more side walls, and growing a second portion of the metal gapfill to fill the opening with the metal gapfill. The metal gapfill formed by the multi-step process is seamless, and the one or more layers formed on the one or more side walls seal any gaps or defects between the metal gapfill and the side walls. As a result, fluids utilized in subsequent processes do not diffuse through the metal gapfill.

    Abstract: The present invention discloses Planococcus and a method for improving fermentation quality of a low-salt fish sauce by Planococcus, and relates to the application field of food microbiology technology. The Planococcus strains have been deposited in China General Microbiological Culture Collection Center (CGMCC) under CGMCC NO. 17057, CGMCC NO. 17058, CGMCC NO. 17059, and CGMCC NO. 17060. The production cycle of fermented fish sauce using the Planococcus strains is greatly shortened, and the fermentation temperature is reduced. The fish sauce obtained by this method is transparent brown red, and has the unique aroma of aquatic products without impurities such as suspension or flocculent. The finished fish sauce has low salt content and high amino acid nitrogen content (according to the Chinese fish sauce industry standard, the fish sauce is classified as first-grade fish sauce). The contents of total volatile basic nitrogen and histamine are lower than the national standard.

The boiler design method includes the following steps: step 1, determining a boiler type, known design parameters and unknown design parameters of boilers to be designed; step 2, acquiring operating parameters of each selected supercritical carbon dioxide unit respectively, and establishing a relational expression among a plurality of operating parameters in the operating parameters of each supercritical carbon dioxide unit respectively; and step 3, substituting the known design parameters in step 1 into the relational expression determined in step 2, and calculating the unknown design parameters. The operating parameters of the boilers, with the optimal performance, of the supercritical carbon dioxide unit are selected to establish the relational expression, and the determined operating parameters are substituted into the relational expression to calculate design parameters to be determined.

The controller matches the temperature distribution image of the surface of the fermentation heap with the distance between the surface of the fermentation heap and the distance detection camera, performs semantic segmentation on the image after matching is completed, extracts a three-dimensional (3D) contour temperature map of the surface of the fermentation heap, corrects a surface temperature of the fermentation heap, and predicts an estimated internal temperature of the fermentation heap, such that the internal temperature of the fermentation heap is effectively and accurately predicted.
