The method includes: determining a service requirement list of the UE, where the service requirement list includes at least one service required by the UE; determining a service capability list set including a service capability list of at least one service network, where the service capability list includes an identifier of a service network corresponding to the service capability list and includes at least one service supported by the service network; and determining, according to the service requirement list and the service capability list set, a first identifier of a first service network that provides a service for the UE, where a service capability list of the first service network includes all or part of the at least one service in the service requirement listpresent disclosure.

Abstract: The present application discloses an access method, apparatus, device, and system, and belongs to the field of communications technologies. The method includes: receiving, by a selection function entity SFE, an access request of user equipment UE sent by a radio access network node RAN node; determining a usage type of the UE based on the access request of the UE; and selecting, for the UE based on the usage type of the UE, a node that is in a dedicated core network and that can serve the UE, where the node that is in the dedicated core network and that can serve the UE corresponds to the usage type of the UE. Therefore, a node accessed by the UE is the node in the dedicated core network corresponding to the UE, and this ensures that the node can complete security verification of the UE.

Abstract: An exemplary embodiment provides a communication method and an apparatus. The method includes: receiving, by a UCF, a first message from a terminal device, where the first message includes first information and an identifier of the terminal device; learning, by the UCF, of a first service type based on the first message; learning, by the UCF based on the service type and the identifier of the terminal device, of a first NF that serves the terminal device; and sending, by the UCF, the first information to the first NF, where the first information is information that the terminal device sends to the first NF.

Abstract: A communications method and apparatus are provided. The communications method includes: receiving, by a central unit-control plane, a second message from a core network element, where the second message carries assistance information, and the assistance information includes an identifier of a first data network corresponding to a protocol data unit session; and determining, by the central unit-control plane based on the assistance information, a first central unit-user plane corresponding to the protocol data unit session. According to the method and the apparatus in this application, an appropriate central unit-user plane may be selected for the PDU session.

Abstract: Embodiments of this application provide a positioning operation method, apparatus, and system. A location management function entity receives a first message sent by a network exposure function entity, where the first message carries first positioning operation information, the first message is sent by a network exposure function entity based on a request of a third-party device, and the first positioning operation information is used to request the location management function entity to perform a first positioning operation on a terminal. The location management function entity may determine positioning configuration information of the terminal; further determine, based on the positioning configuration information of the terminal, whether the first positioning operation is allowed on the terminal; and send a third message to the network exposure function entity based on a determining result.

Abstract: A congestion notification method, a related device, and a system, where the method includes receiving, by a network side device, a congestion status of a target network area sent by a radio access network (RAN) congestion awareness function (RCAF) entity, where the target network area is a network area involved in an application service provided by a target application server; and sending, by the network side device, the congestion status of the target network area to the target application server. Hence, an application server may able to learn in time when congestion occurs, and adjust, according to the congestion situation, a related service in an area corresponding to the congestion situation.

The terminal obtains, based on the network service identifier, the network slice type identifier corresponding to a service identifier, and then accesses the network slice based on the access mode corresponding to the network slice type, thereby avoiding unavailability of the service caused by a failure to correctly access the network slice and improving service quality.

Abstract: In a control plane connection management method, a core network function entity determines, based on a service requirement of a service, information about a first connection requirement for a control plane connection of a terminal. The first connection requirement is for activating the control plane connection between the terminal and an access and mobility management function entity. The core network entity constructs a first control plane requirement message that contains identifier information of the terminal and the information about the first connection requirement. The core network entity then sends the first control plane requirement message to the access and mobility management function entity to instruct the access and mobility management function entity to activate the control plane connection of the terminal.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention relate to the communications field, and provide a method for determining a control plane node, an apparatus, and a wireless communications system, so as to select, for UE, a control plane node corresponding to a network slice to which the UE belongs, thereby ensuring that the control plane node can provide a customized service for the UE. The method includes: obtaining, by UE, indication information, where the indication information is used to indicate a network slice to which the UE belongs; and sending, by the UE, an access stratum request message to a radio access network node, where the access stratum request message includes the indication information, and the access stratum request message is used to trigger the radio access network node to determine, based on the indication information, a control plane node corresponding to the network slice for the UE.
