By disposing a front lighting device and a back lighting device on the accessory, when a user utilizes a common front camera to build up video conferencing, the front lighting device helps to illuminate the user's face and increase luminance. As for the user using a common back camera to do video or photo shooting, the back lighting device helps to increase luminance of the ambient environment, so that the video or photo shot performs high quality. For optimal viewing, illumination level of the front and back lighting device are adjustable, and a variety of interchangeable optical lens can be further disposed to modify their light beam morphology and characteristics.

Relatively hydrophilic, and preferably carboxylated, polymeric materials such as PLGA are used for a drug such as timolol maleate, which is relatively water soluble, to increase drug loading. Higher molecular weight polymers, as well as the ratio of LA (which has a longer degradation time, up to one to two years) to GA (which has a short degradation time, as short as a few days to a week), are used to provide release over a longer period of time.

    Abstract: The present invention provides a method of decreasing side effects in a human or animal cancer patient due to radiation therapy or chemotherapy. With this method, methionine enkephalin is administered to the patient at least one time per week for a first time period, where the first time period is at least three weeks. In one embodiment, the first time period is one or two months. Methionine enkephalin is then administered to the patient one time per month for a second time period, where the second time period is at least one month, and where the second time period is consecutive to the first time period. In one embodiment, the total term of methionine enkephalin treatment is at least six months. Methionine enkephalin may be administered to the patient at the same time as, before, or after administration of radiation or chemotherapy.
