  • Patent number: 11397977
Abstract: Integrating an image capturing mechanism into an ecommerce application is described. Images of items offered for sale via ecommerce channels associated with an ecommerce service provider and performance metrics associated with the images and/or content items with which the images are presented via the ecommerce channels can be analyzed. Based partly on the analyzing, a characteristic associated with the images that are associated with a performance metric that satisfies a threshold or that are presented by the content items that are associated with the performance metric that satisfies the threshold can be determined. A new image of an item to be offered for sale by a merchant via an ecommerce channel can be received and, based at least partly on the characteristic, it can be determined whether to integrate the new image into a content item for the merchant, wherein the content item to be presented via the ecommerce channel.

  • Patent number: 11278159
Abstract: A liquid soap dispenser (10) includes a container (18) having a flexible outer wall (22) and including a quantity of liquid soap (36) therein. The upper surface (16) of the container (18) can be moved between an upper position and a lower position but is spring (30) biased into the upper position. A pump (32) within said container (18) pumps a portion of the liquid soap (36) onto the upper surface (16) when it is moved downwardly into its lower position. A normally closed valve (26) at the bottom (28) of the container (18) opens to dispense liquid soap (36) from the bottom (28) of the container when the container is squeezed.

  • Patent number: 11225789
Abstract: A vertical tie is for a load-bearing column of a building off-site structural module with a box-section structural member. The tie has a top tie assembly for engagement by a torqueing tool from above the column. There is a bottom tie assembly, which fastens to the module below. Torque which is applied to the top tie assembly is transferred to the bottom tie assembly by an interconnect tube. The top and bottom tie assemblies are configured so that the bottom tie assembly is adapted to engage with a top tie assembly of an underneath module, in one case by a nut engaging a spindle protruding up from the lower module. This allows modules to be tied together in the vertical direction in a simple, convenient, and safe manner by an operator on-site working on top of the upper module. Access to torque the tie does not require any side opening in the column and so its load-bearing properties are not affected.
