  • Publication number: 20150064912
Abstract: Methods of forming integrated circuits and multiple CD SADP processes are provided that include providing a patternable structure including a first hard mask layer and a first patternable layer underlying the first hard mask layer. Mandrels are provided over the first hard mask layer. Sidewall spacers are formed adjacent sidewalls of the mandrels. The mandrels are removed, with the sidewall spacers remaining and defining gaps therebetween. The first hard mask layer is etched through the gaps to form a first patterned hard mask feature and a second patterned hard mask feature. A critical dimension of the first patterned hard mask feature is selectively modified to form a biased hard mask feature. A space is defined between sidewalls of the biased hard mask feature and the second patterned hard mask feature. The first patternable layer is etched through exposed material in the space.

  • Patent number: 8970637
Abstract: A frame rate control method capable of enhancing picture-quality is disclosed. The frame rate control method generates red, green, and blue frame rate control signals by frame-rate-modulating red, green, and blue frame rate control patterns on the basis of lower-bit red, green, and blue data. The lower-bit red, green, and blue data are extracted from red, green, and blue data. The red, green and blue frame rate control patterns are obtained through a process of shifting basic frame rate control patterns by different sub-pixel numbers in one direction. The basic frame rate control patterns are established for a plurality of frames.

  • Publication number: 20130214798
Abstract: Provided are a capacitance measurement circuit and method. In the capacitance measurement circuit and method, a control unit generates a control code a predetermined number of times according to designated rules regardless of the level of a sensing signal, and the control code is changed to measure a capacitance value when the level of the sensing signal corresponding to the generated control code is determined to be normal. Consequently, the measured capacitance value is hardly affected by noise and can be stably output.

  • Patent number: 8506021
Abstract: Disclosed herein are an electronic parking brake system and a control method thereof. The electronic parking brake system includes a parking brake apparatus with a parking cable, a force sensing unit to sense tension of the parking cable, and an electronic control unit to measure braking force of the parking brake apparatus based on the tension, to estimate braking force of a fuzzy model, and to judge malfunction of the parking brake apparatus based on the measured braking force and the estimated braking force. Tension is estimated using the fuzzy model and is compared with the measured braking force, thereby effectively detecting malfunction of the electronic parking brake system and thus raising stability and safety of a vehicle. Further, if a residual exceeds a reference value, it is judged that the electronic parking brake apparatus malfunctions and a warning is given to a driver, thereby preventing accidents.
